In that case, the terminal sends a second control message including information about its radio path characteristics.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a polymer comprising terminal sulfonic acid groups, which has a high ionic conductivity and good structural stability, does not decompose even under low humidity conditions, and is inexpensive to produce. Furthermore, the present invention is related to a polymer electrolyte and a fuel cell using the same. The polymer of the present invention has a substituent comprising a terminal sulfonic acid group comprising Formula (1) at a side chain: where n may be a number in the range of about 1 to about 5.

A digital television receiver uses the parity bytes in the second set of A/53-compliant data segments to implement transverse Reed-Solomon forward-error-correction decoding that corrects byte errors in the data contained in the first set of A/53-compliant data segments.

When the enclosure restricts air permeation, the air space provides insulation. Embodiments reconfigurable from insulating to breathable include adjustable impermeable sections that releasably cover permeable sections. The matrix also absorbs shocks and distributes stresses to provide padding and cushioning, including reduction of backface signature in ballistic applications. Wearable items containing one or more matrices offer enhanced thermal regulation and shock absorption.

Accordingly, power is applied to a UV lamp only when the dust receptacle is mounted in the vacuum cleaner, so there is no risk that a user is exposed to UV rays emitted from the UV lamp when the user separates the dust receptacle from the vacuum cleaner.
