Abstract: A new and distinct Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided that forms abundantly and substantially continuously attractive red-purple very double blossoms with substantially lighter non-uniform red-purple coloration on the under surface and an anise fragrance. The growth habit is bushy, and strong vegetation is formed. The vegetation is dense and bears a glossy aspect on the upper surface. No particular disease problem has been observed. The plant is particularly well suited for providing attractive ornamentation in parks and gardens.

The garment portion extends from the upper margin of the storage case portion, and a reinforcing panel extends from the upper margin over a part of a back panel of the garment portion in covering relationship to the wearers buttocks. The back panel of the garment portion includes a port sized and configured to permit passage therethrough of a strap attachable to a safety harness which can be used to restrain the torso of someone wearing the element protection system.

Abstract: Apparel for the concealment of articles. Presented is a shirt that allows fast and safe retrieval of a concealed weapon. The shirt can have multiple access points to allow the wearer to retrieve weapons holstered in a shoulder type rig, against the waistband (“AWB”) holster, or a “belly-band” type holster. The shirt comprises a shell substantially in the shape of a shirt and an inner panel substantially lining at least a portion of the interior portion of the shell. The shell defines at least one access port configured to be selectively opened or closed to enable selective access to an interior portion of the shell.

Abstract: An elongated crotch section is combined with seam construction to provide comfort to the wearer. Two front pieces and two back pieces are formed into or stitched to a waist band. A two piece center section forming a crotch of the boxer is without multiple seams. Seams are only on the sides and a single horizontal seam connects the two pieces of the crotch portion. The two piece crotch component forms an elongated pouch to hold the male genitalia. There is no junction of multiple seams at the groin or inseam.

A toilet bowl employing the flushing mechanism can reduce the flushing water consumption.

The method comprising: providing an apparatus having a rotatable and/or slidable chair, wherein some of the components may be foldable, such as a foldable seat, a foldable back, foldable legs, and a plurality of arms. Folding the foldable components of the slidable and/or rotatable chair make transporting easier and safer because the apparatus is more compact when the foldable components are in the folded position.

Abstract: A plumbing fixture enclosure which has a bathtub or shower receptor and enclosure walls. The lower tub/receptor has an upper rim on which rests a rear wall. A side wall is pivotably connected at its upper rear to an upper front side of the rear wall and then pivots downwardly to create a horizontal watertight seal between the side and rear walls. Simultaneously, a lower retaining finger at the front bottom of the side wall catches between an insert on the upper rim and the upper rim.

The foundation's spring assembly may be nestably stacked with numerous other such assemblies for transportation, thereby avoiding the need to compress and tie the assembly for shipping. Each foundation assembly includes a number of corrugated support wires having alternating peaks and valleys. The border wire is generally rectangular in cross-section to reduce wire costs without compromising beam strength of the border wire.

Abstract: A pillow is provided for the treatment of deformational plagiocephaly. The pillow may have arms which define a void with varying diameters to facilitate holding an infant's head to cause reshaping of the posterior of the skull. An anchoring mechanism may also be included to hold the pillow in place. A webbing may also be used between the arms to encourage the arms to remain against the infant's head and/or to engage a surface on which the pillow rests and limit sliding or the pillow or the infant's head.

Abstract: An appliance having a drain pump with a motor adapted to be supplied with an alternating supply voltage. A controller is adapted to monitor a current value supplied to the motor and to control the frequency of the supply voltage among a plurality of predetermined frequencies when the drain pump is operated in a full drainage mode. A storage medium associated with the controller stores for each predetermined frequency a maximum current value, a minimum current value and an optimal current value. The controller may stores computer implemented instructions for (a) determining if the monitored current value is between the maximum current value and the minimum current value, (b) comparing the monitored current value with the optimal current value, and (c) adjusting the frequency of the alternating supply voltage among the plurality of predetermined frequencies to cause the monitored current to more closely match the optimal current value.

Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a modular gutter for use by bicycles and other conveyances. When utilized, a conveyance may be guided along the gutter either by an individual on the conveyance or adjacent to it, whether up or down the gutter. The gutter may be manufactured in various lengths and arrangements, and additionally, the components of the gutter are designed to permit multiple subunits to be coupled to form longer gutters. Alternatively, the gutters may be cut to a desired length should the manufactured length be too long. Thus, the gutter may be sized for any of a variety of staircases. The gutter may be removably installed on existing staircases without the need to redesign or reconstruct the staircase.
