Abstract: A power tool includes a table structure defining a blade slot, a frame supporting the table structure, a blade assembly mounted within the frame, and a dust cover assembly. The blade assembly includes a blade positioned within the blade slot, a motor assembly to rotate the blade, and a carriage assembly supporting the motor assembly and pivotably mounted to adjust the angular orientation of the blade relative to the table structure. The carriage assembly includes a cover arranged to define a gap between an upper edge of the cover and the underside of the table structure. The dust cover assembly is mounted between the carriage assembly and the table structure to substantially cover the gap at all angular orientations of the blade relative to the table structure. The dust cover assembly is mounted for relative movement relative to at least one of said carriage assembly and said table structure.

Abstract: A cutter apparatus for cutting a workpiece of an absorbent article that is being transported in a transport direction, includes: a cutter roller having a cutter blade projecting from an outer circumferential surface thereof; and an anvil roller that receives the cutter blade at an outer circumferential surface thereof disposed to face the outer circumferential surface of the cutter roller. While rotating mutually in the transport direction, the cutter roller and the anvil roller cut the workpiece by allowing the workpiece to pass between the rollers. Abstract: Systems and methods for introducing hook fastening elements into a mold traveling along a mold assembly line are disclosed. The system can be configured to cut hook fastening tape into strips having a predetermined length based on information received from the mold assembly line, and to drop the cut strips directly into the mold at the appropriate intervals as the mold travels along the mold assembly line. Also disclosed is a system for facilitating the continuous feeding of hook fastening tape through the system.

Abstract: A positioning device for a turnable table of a saw machine having a pivot shaft that pivotally connects a pair of clamping units. A pressing member with an attachment portion for attaching to a coupling unit may be formed on each clamping unit. By manipulating a trigger of the coupling unit, the pair of clamping units can be driven to rotate a pair of corresponding clench members for selectively clamping or unclamping a base of the saw machine. Thereby, the turnable table can be secured in place upon adjustment.

A guide rail assembly is provided that defines a travel path for the tool slidably supported thereon. The guide rail assembly is mounted on a miter plate that can be oriented at different miter angles relative to the support fixture. The tool may be supported on the guide rail assembly to permit pivoting of the tool perpendicular to the miter angle. Another assembly may be provided that permits pivoting of the guided rail assembly at an orthogonal angle.

Furthermore, the system is configured to provide a smooth transition between dynamic levels when applying crescendo or diminuendo effects via a modulation wheel.
