Abstract: A self-closing clip member includes a body having first and second walls. A clamp member is integrally connected to the first wall by a living hinge allowing the clamp member to rotate from an open position into a cavity created between the first and second walls upon direct contact by a tube member, defining a clamp member locked position retaining the tube member. Multiple anti-slide features include a first tab extending from a second wall portion first end. A second tab is oppositely positioned on the second wall. The first and second tabs define cavity end extents. The second tab further extends from a shelf providing a connection between the first wall and an angled intermediate wall. A third tab extends between and is integrally connected to both the intermediate and first walls. The tabs define an anti-slide system preventing the clamp member in the locked position from moving in a direction co-axial to the cavity.

Abstract: Plastic capillaries are used as a reaction template; firstly, sol-PZT is prepared; then, PZT nanometer powder is added into the sol-PZT and blended uniformly to form suspension, the plastic capillaries are put into a quartz tube, the gaps between the capillaries and the gaps between the quartz tube and the plastic capillaries are filled with paraffin and solidified to a required array shape, the quartz tube is dipped into the suspension, after full absorption, the rest suspension is poured into the quartz tube and filtered from the other end, so that the suspension is pumped into the plastic capillaries until the capillaries are full of suspension. The quartz tube is dried until no excessive liquid component and then taken out to be dipped, filtered and dried; removal of template and crystallization heat treatment is then performed for the dried container.

Abstract: A frame defines a workpiece-transfer station, a machining station, and a tool station all centered on a common vertical plane. A carousel in the tool station carries a plurality of tools having shanks. A slide movable vertically and horizontally in the plane carries a tool head rotatable about a vertical axis itself having a tool socket adapted to fit shanks of the tools and a workpiece grab. This tool head can move horizontally in the plane to pick up and drop off tools and move workpieces between the transfer and the machining station, and can also move vertically during machining of a workpiece rotating in the machining station.

Abstract: A contour shape measurement method that can more accurately align an article to be measured to a predetermined position to enable high-precision evaluation even in a state where a probe measurement axis and a table rotation axis do not match with sufficient precision is provided. A spatial position of the table rotation axis relative to the probe measurement axis is obtained as a rotation axis vector. Alignment data obtained in at least two directions is coordinate-transformed around the rotation axis vector, to constitute synthesized alignment data. The article is aligned based on the synthesized alignment data. Since three-dimensional data of a surface to be measured of the article can be calculated, the article can be directly aligned to the probe measurement axis.
