On an outer side face side of the main part, the third start part at least partly extends under the portion covering the knee joint of the wearer. On an inner side face side of the main part, the fourth start part at least partly extends downward in a part lower than a crotch part of the wearer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a waterproof compression pocket for a garment. The pocket includes a rectangular structure with an opening at the top end thereof. In one embodiment, the top end is adapted to provide a waterproof seal to protect the contents therein from moisture. In another embodiment, the pocket may further include a waterproof lining that can be sealed to prevent permeation of water or moisture. The pocket is adapted to snugly hold contents therein so as to prevent the contents from falling out. Additionally, the pocket is preferably configured to hold a hand held electronic device therein. The pocket also includes a conductive, transparent window that allows a wearer to view the contents of the pocket and to utilize a touch screen of the electronic device held in the pocket.

Abstract: A garment may comprise a first portion and a second portion. The second portion may facilitate attachment of the garment to a member. The first portion may be wrapped or looped around a limb, wrist, ankle, foot, or the like. The second portion may be open ended and cylindrical in shape, and may be attached to the first portion. The second portion may be positioned around a member to be wrapped. Positioning the second portion to the member may secure the second portion to the member and thus secure the end of the first portion to which the second portion is attached. Upon positioning the second portion to the member, the first portion of the garment may be attached to the member. The garment may be attached to the member with only a single hand. The second portion may comprise an opening in the first portion.

Abstract: The technical features of the Multi MIT are the retractable finger points on and/or near the metacarpo-interphalangeal joint on the middle, index and thumb fingers. On the dorsal side of the glove, are magnets that are sewn between the insulated material and the outer fabric which connect when the finger caps are retracted. The finger caps are held back by a positive and a negative magnet on the dorsal side of the glove that firmly holds the finger caps in place. The retracted caps access the inner spandex fleece glove that has touch screen material patches on the tips of the middle, index, and thumb fingers on the palmer side of the inner glove. The inner glove is designed to give the wearer fingertip sensory reception, dexterity and allow touch screen capabilities while providing mild fingertip protection with the finger caps retracted.

Abstract: A head attire for golf accessories is an apparatus that is used to organize and carry small objects upon a player's head during a round of golf. The apparatus includes a bill, a head band, and an at least one tee pocket. The head band supports and holds the apparatus on the player's head, and the bill shields the player's eyes from the sun. The at least one tee pocket is integrated into the head band so that a golf tee can be carried by the apparatus similar to a person tucking a pen/pencil behind their ear. The tee pocket includes a slit opening and a pocket bag. The slit opening traverses into the pocket bag adjacent to the bill. The pocket bag is the actual means to carry the golf tee and is located within the head band.

Abstract: An athletic garment having at least one pocket that allows the wearer access to items stored within a pocket while the wearer is exercising. Athletic shorts/pants are provided having at least one pocket formed therein and configured to receive and secure an item including, but not limited to a gel flask, a gel packet, a food bar, water, ice packet, that remains in place within the pocket during exercise.

Abstract: A method of forming an article of hosiery for being worn by a wearer in a footed or footless configuration includes forming a foot portion, leg portion, and panty portion, where the foot portion is formed by turning in an end portion of a circularly knitted fabric tube and connecting a first portion of an end edge to the fabric tube using transfer loops to form a turned welt around only a first portion of the perimeter of the fabric tube. A second portion of the end edge remains unattached and defines an opening between the second portion of the end edge and the fabric tube. The opening is dimensioned to receive toes of the wearer.

Abstract: A bra-strap concealing device comprising a fastening means adapted to secure a bra-strap to a garment such that the bra-strap is held in place behind the garment. The fastening means may comprise a pin or a clip adapted to achieve this purpose. The present invention further comprises a decorative element having an ornamental design, shape, or pattern disposed thereon. The decorative element is removable so that the user may interchange decorative elements as desired. The present invention provides an ornamental and functional device that allows a user to conceal a bra-strap behind an article of clothing such as a tank-top or dress, while providing an aesthetically pleasing design on the exterior surface thereof.

Abstract: An undergarment is configured to be wearable by a wearer and includes a waist portion positionable around a portion of the torso of the wearer. The undergarment also includes a front panel extending from the waist portion. The front panel defines a pouch portion positionable so as to extend outwardly and upwardly from an area between the legs of the wearer. The front panel further has an opening defining spaced apart lateral ends and an apex vertically disposed above the lateral ends. A flap extends from the pouch portion and defines first and second lateral edges extending away from the lateral ends of the opening to a free end of the flap. The flap is releasably attachable with a portion of the front panel adjacent the opening so as to be selectively moveable between a closed position and an open position.

Abstract: A protective helmet for a head and a method for reducing or preventing a head injury wherein the protective helmet is equipped with an outer shell made of a hard material and an interior head protection system, which is arranged on the inside of the outer shell and absorbs an impact with the head. The interior head protection system is subdivided into an insert on the shell side and an insert on the head side, and the mutually facing sides of the insert on the head side and the insert on the shell side correspond at least partially to one another.

Abstract: A head circumference adjustment device of a helmet includes: a main body formed with a cavity; an annular strap having a first end and a second end passing through the cavity, each of the first and second ends being formed with a rack section, a thumb section and a shoulder section; and a controller mounted in the cavity. The controller has a gear engaged with the rack sections of the strap. By means of rotating the controller, the position of the strap can be adjusted to adjust the head circumference. The head circumference adjustment device can be easily operated and truly fixed to overcome the shortcomings existing in the conventional adjustment device that the strap is likely to slip and the position of the strap can be hardly truly adjusted and the strap is likely to detach from the adjustment device.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a coupling structure of a visor hinge for a headband to connect a protective mask, which is configured to cover the wearer's face along with a viewing window, to both sides of a headband which assists the wearer in wearing the protective mask. The coupling structure includes base molds protruding from both sides of the headband, a slider located outward of each of the base molds, a button located outward of the slider, a stopper located outward of the button, and a hinge located outward of the stopper. Accordingly, it may be possible to easily adjust an angle and a distance of the protective mask with respect to the headband using the hinge, and the welding mask may be used more conveniently.

Abstract: In one aspect, a shroud assembly for headgear includes a frame formed of a polymer material having a shape that matches a contour of the headgear. An insert is formed of metal or metal alloy and is attached to a front side of the frame. The insert is configured for removable attachment to a mounting assembly. The frame includes first and second spaced flexible walls disposed on the front side of the frame on opposite sides of the insert. The first and second flexible walls are spaced a sufficient distance apart to provide an interference fit between the mounting assembly and the first and second flexible walls. In another embodiment, the shroud assembly further includes a friction pad disposed on a rear surface of the frame for increasing friction between the shroud assembly and the headgear. In another aspect, a method for attaching a mounting assembly to headgear is provided.

An eye protection device includes a frame having an outer surface that is oriented away from a user's face and an inner surface that is oriented towards the user's face. The frame includes left and right temples configured to secure the eye protection device to the user and a central raised portion disposed between a left portion and a right portion of a top portion of the frame. The central raised portion extends vertically above a substantially continuous profile of the left and right portions to provide an extended vertical view.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a protective seat pad for use inside a motorcycle pant. The protective seat pad will generally comprise two leg extensions extending from the main body of the seat pad, which define a space between the leg extensions. Abstract: Provided herein is an article of clothing configured to be worn around a user's crotch and thighs. In one embodiment, the article of clothing comprises a garment and a pad. In certain embodiments, the garment comprises an opening in an area between the thighs of the user when the article of clothing is worn by the user, and the opening comprises a perimeter. In one aspect, the pad is connected to the garment along at least a portion of the perimeter. Also provided herein is a method of manufacturing an article of clothing.

Abstract: The invention relates to free floating automated toilet bowl cleaning devices that dispense a volatile composition (e.g., a fragrance) into air surrounding the toilet and dispense a cleaning composition (e.g., hypohalite bleach) into toilet tank water on which the device freely floats. The first compartment is permeable to air, with the permeable portion of the first compartment positioned above a water line when the device is floated. Abstract: The disclosed drain clearing devices have a housing that has a gas reservoir and a pressurization mechanism, such as hand pump and/or gas cartridge that compresses and/or maintains compressed gas in a gas reservoir. A nozzle and a pressure release actuator also attached to the housing. The pressure release actuator, when activated, causes compressed gas to be released from the gas reservoir through the nozzle and into a drain to clear an obstruction.

Abstract: Pressure plunger apparatus for mitigating a clogging in a channel and associated methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, a plunger apparatus can include an outer tube, an actuator positioned inside the outer tube, a seal positioned between the outer tube and the actuator, and a fitting attached to the tube component. The seal is operably attached to the outer tube and fixedly attached to the actuator. The actuator is configured to be moved reciprocally so as to generate a pressure difference of a fluid positioned inside the outer tube. The pressure difference can drive at least a portion of the fluid positioned inside the outer tube to be ejected from the outer tube to the channel so as to mitigate the clogging in the channel.

Abstract: A disposable strainer is provided for drain holes such as in sinks, bathtubs and floor drain holes. The strainer is relatively thin and has wide edges relative to currently existing strainers. The strainer includes a perforated, concave middle part. The middle part of the strainer is attached to the strainer's edges by means of a circumferential rim that can be stretched and enables to pull the middle part downwards to create a concavity into which the waste accumulates. The strainer is made from a flexible material, which can be folded and which adheres to the sink or floor upon contact with water.

The method includes circulating water from the basin through at least one laminar flow swim spa jet, creating a substantially laminar flow of the fluid directed from one end of the swim spa. Each of the at least one laminar flow swim spa jet comprises a plurality of parallel, cylindrical tubes that reduce turbulence from the fluid as the fluid passes through the plurality of parallel, cylindrical tubes.

Abstract: A rigid, portable, and modular outdoor shower enclosure has a base, walls, and a shower fixture. The shower enclosure may be quickly and easily reassembled after disassembly for storage or transportation. When assembled, pegs, sockets, and gravity constrain the shower enclosure in all degrees of motion. Bolts, screws, and other means of affixing the panels to the base and frame are not necessary to make the shower enclosure rigid. The pegs and sockets are not visible when the shower enclosure is in its assembled position, giving the shower enclosure the pleasing appearance of a permanent structure.

Abstract: A three dimensional structure comprised of a flexible sheet material referred to herein as a curb cover is described that can be easily secured with adhesive or resin over the intersection of a shower stall floor, a shower stall wall, and a step over curb. The curb cover is used in conjunction with a waterproof membrane to waterproof the shower pan and up portions of the surrounding wall and step over curb.

The dryer may be included in a fixture housing with a faucet as a combination. The sink deck may include a vent lip that directs forced air into the vent. The vent lip extends into a basin region beyond the vent. The vent ring may be affixed to the sink deck or to the sink basin.

Abstract: Food preparation sinks are disclosed which have an integral raised work area that is rinsed by an automatic system. Food waste or the like present in that area can be washed into a sump above a drain, and the weight of the waste and water in the sump is enough to automatically drive them through a baffle to a garbage disposal, without requiring the baffle to be manually opened. An automatic controller system coordinates water flow and garbage disposal operation, and the water supply can be linked to the sink below the sink rim to save counter top space. In some forms multiple rinsing nozzles are provided which pulse in altering fashion.

Abstract: A drain system includes a basin and a drain, where a first one of the basin and the drain comprises at least two substantially inflexible protrusions and a second one of the basin and the drain forms at least two apertures. The protrusions and apertures form male-female connections that facilitate positioning and anchoring of the drain in the basin. Further, stoppers/strainer and ball valves for limiting or ceasing water flow through a drain are disclosed. The stoppers/strainers and quarter turn valves may be switch-activated and moved into position by electricity, water pressure, air pressure and the like.

Abstract: A clip and method provided for temporarily positioning a sink during installation that includes the steps of providing a sink having a top ledge; providing a countertop having a hole therethrough for receiving the sink; providing a plurality of clips; attaching the clips to outer sides of the sink; placing a bottom end of the sink through the hole in the countertop until the top ledge of the sink is against the countertop and the clips engage sides of the hole in the countertop to position the sink therein; applying a caulk or adhesive material; and allowing the caulking or adhesive material to cure to permanently hold the sink in place. The clip may have a base portion extending in a planar orientation for at least a portion thereof; a resilient leg attached to and extending at an angle from one side of the base; and protrusions extending outwardly from one side of the resilient leg.

Abstract: The patient transfer acts as a combined sling and bed cover and includes a substantially rectangular sheet portion of a size to fit over a standard bed mattress and to which are attached a plurality of straps for coupling to a hoist. The patient transfer sheet is preferably made of a single-layered material which is breathable, strong and soft. The patient transfer sheet can act as a sling for transportation/repositioning of a patient as well as a replacement bed covering to replace conventional bed linen. The patient can thus be transported onto a bed without needing to remove the patient from the sling.

Abstract: A blanket apparatus for accepting and distributing a pressurized flow of conditioned air into a zone around the body of a bed occupant. The apparatus includes an upper layer and lower layer of differing air permeability, joined to form a flow cavity between them for the pressurized air. A plurality of joining methods between the upper and lower layer is provided within the flow area to prevent the blanket from ballooning under the pressurized air flow. The blanket apparatus contains means to cover an entire bed while directing pressurized conditioned air to specific zones of the bed. The invention also contemplates connection of two independent supplies of conditioned air into a single top layer of bedding under which multiple bed occupants sleep, to evenly distribute such independent supplies into specific dual zone areas. The apparatus achieves its function by utilizing materials that are ordinarily used in existing bed linens and comforters.

Abstract: A means of transport comprising an energy storage and an assembly of an air pump, an air conditioning device, a duvet and a mattress, wherein the air pump and the air conditioning device are powered by the energy storage, and the air pump is adapted to pump air conditioned by the conditioning device into an air receiving compartment of the duvet and/or mattress, the air receiving compartment being adapted to output received air toward a space between the duvet and the mattress. In this manner, not all of the compartment, such as a drivers compartment or a sleeping compartment needs be cooled.

Abstract: An Incontinence bed cover includes a stretchable three layer cover with elastic corner straps. Incontinence bed cover has elastic corner straps attached for fitting around the corners of a mattress. The incontinence bed cover can be sized to fit any mattress, including the four standard mattress sizes. The incontinence bed cover has a top layer, preferably made of flexible, breathable 100% poly-mesh fabric that wicks moisture and enhances evaporation, helping to guard against potential skin breakdown. The incontinence bed cover has a middle layer, preferably made of quilted polyester batting for maximum absorbency and reduced drying time. The incontinence bed cover has a bottom layer that is waterproof, preferably made of a blend of vinyl and polyester. The three layers are sewn together.

Abstract: A fitted sheet for mattresses that is a combination of any known manufacturing of fitted sheets with the addition of four flexible panels to the bottom corner hem instead of traditionally used elastic cords, straps or bands. The addition of the panels form a pocket around each mattress corner. The hem on the bottom of the fitted sheet corners that would typically secure an elastic band instead secure the flexible panels. A single, or multiple hem may be used as needed to best support the panel while attaching it to any variety of fitted sheets. Multiple stitching techniques may also be used. The flexible panels are introduced to create a more snug fit on the mattress and more evenly distribute the stress applied to the fabric than current versions that are available on the market.

Abstract: A novel article of adjustable bed is disclosed. The adjustable bed comprises at least two body-support portions and a base support for supporting the body support portions. The body support portions are mounted with respect to the base to allow angular adjustment of their relative positions to alter the configuration of the bed. Actuators are provided for angularly moving one or more of the body-support portions to effect angular adjustment of the bed. A load-bearing member projects from one of the moveable body-support portios and is supported by a bearing means arranged to run on a curved support such that each moveable body-support portion is pivotally mounted with respect to the base about a respective pivot axis defined by the centre of curvature of the respective curved support. The pivot axis of the movable body-support portion is positioned above the base in a plane offset from the top edge thereof.

A cool side indicator is associated with the cool side; and a warm side indicator is associated with the warm side whereby the person may easily identify the desired side.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a convertible protective cover for protecting an article. The cover includes a covering portion having an underside, a pillowcase portion having an inside surface, and a tether having two ends, one end coupled to the covering portion and the other end coupled to the pillowcase portion. The covering portion can be stuffed into the tethered pillowcase portion to form a stuffed pillow that conceals the cover. Conversely, the protective cover conceals the pillowcase portion while the protective cover is in use to protect the article.

The solid gel cushion system includes a first elastic quadrilateral body having a first elastic surrounding sidewall to define a first space allowing for a heat exchange. The first elastic quadrilateral body defines a first top surface and a first bottom surface with respect to the first elastic surrounding sidewall, both of which are communicative of surrounding atmosphere in order to form an air passage. The cushion system further includes a second elastic quadrilateral body having a second elastic surrounding sidewall defining a second space in which two interleaving elastic supporting ribs are formed. The first elastic quadrilateral body is surrounded by the four second elastic quadrilateral bodies.
