Abstract: A device to aid in conditioning a baseball glove, namely in the formation and/or maintenance of a baseball pocket, typically includes one or more balls, two or more securement members for maintaining the glove in a closed position with the ball inside the glove, the securement member being defined by one or more looped cord or strap members, a pair of elongated bistable spring members, or a pair of elongated bendable rod members, and a means for coupling the securement members to the one or more balls. The ball is placed in a baseball glove proximate a desired location for the baseball pocket, and the securement members are fed through a slot defined between two of the fingers of the glove and wrapped around the exterior of the glove to force the ball deeper into the desired location for the baseball pocket and secure the glove around the ball.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pair of pants with pockets for holding various types of knee pads therein. Each of the pockets is positioned on the knee portions of the pants so that it is directly positioned over the wearer's knees when the wearer is wearing the pants. The side edges and the bottom edge of the pockets are stitched to the pants, leaving the top edge open. The pocket further includes a pocket flap that spans the top edge thereof. The upper portion of the pocket and the flap comprise fasteners that can engage so as to close the pocket and prevent the knee pad from escaping the pocket. In one embodiment, the interior of the pockets include a waterproof lining, so as to prevent the knee pad from coming into contact with moisture.

Abstract: Various embodiments of a novel attachable garment collar cover are disclosed. In one embodiment, the attachable garment collar cover has a first collar cover blade, a second collar cover blade, a first button hole edge, a second button hole edge, a rear elastic, and a collar insert opening that can form an arched groove. A collar portion of a shirt, a dress, a coat, a blouse, or another article of clothing can be inserted into the collar insert opening of the attachable garment collar cover, and be fastened by the rear elastic of the attachable garment collar cover. The attachable garment collar cover completely encapsulates the collar portion of the article of clothing to protect and/or hide the collar from stains and wear-and-tear. When attached to the collar portion of the article of clothing, the attachable garment collar cover can also provide a pleasant and unique fashion statement.

Abstract: An upper body garment configured to convert between a garment portion and a carry bag portion, wherein the carry bag portion is capable of storing the garment portion when the garment portion is not being worn. The garment portion has a storage pouch configured to store the carry bag portion when the garment portion is being worn and the carry bag portion is not in use. Additionally, the garment portion comprises a plurality of pockets configured to securely hold child care products and a breast feed shield.

Abstract: A jersey, jacket or similar garment features a built-in transparent pocket on the front of the garment for a runner number. The pocket may be affixed to the garment by the manufacturer, or it may be provided as an after-market modification in an iron-on version. The pocket is sized to securely hold a runner number or similarly sized document, and features an aperture at the lower edge with a secure closure, such as a zipper lock or a flap with a hook-and-loop fastener strip.

Abstract: A head garment for privacy and methods of using the same are disclosed. The head garment has a frame including an elongated member, the frame including a loop portion that extends upward and forward from a rear portion that includes a tail, the loop portion including a rim, a veil having a rear portion that is connected to the rear portion of the frame and a front portion that is connected to the rim. The tension in the portion of the veil that spans between the connection to the rear portion of the frame and to the rim provides support for the rim, and the front portion of the veil extends beyond and drapes downward from the rim. The head garment is usable with a ventilation system and/or an electronic device and may be folded for stowing in a container.

Abstract: An article of headwear is made of stretchable porous fabric and is configured to fit snugly over a woman's head to conceal hair loss or baldness of the user. A gathering band is stitched inside the headwear along the back portion in the area of the natural hairline to create an illusion of fullness by the folds of the fabric. A neck ruffle is created below the inner band to cover the natural hairline. An outer band is attached at two points to the outer surface to fit outside of the area where the inner band is located. The outer band has longitudinal dimensions at least slightly greater than the stretchable inner band.

Abstract: Disclosed is a shape-maintenance cap which has features in that the exterior of a cap transformed by an external impact can be recovered to its original shape. The present invention comprises a body part of a cap formed of at least one molded sheet and a brim part which is attached to a front side of the body part, by which it is possible to maintain the shape of a cap without using a shape-maintenance member like a wire or something.

Abstract: Trousers sewn from same fabric include a trouser body sewn from at least one flexible fabric that has a trouser trunk to cover a wearer's leg and a trouser head to encircle wearer's waist. The trouser head includes a trouser head fastener and a housing space formed inside thereof and extended along the wearer's waist. The housing space has two distal ends corresponding to two sides of the trouser head fastener and also holds an elastic strap inside. The elastic strap has two sewing sections sewn on the trouser body corresponding to the two distal ends. The elastic strap and the trouser head fastener are formed at a combined length same as the length of the trouser head. Thus the trouser head and the trouser trunk are adjustable at the same time according to wearer's body shape.

The pair of fastening straps allows the wearers of the exercise sock to create different configurations across the top of the foot around the ankle and leg for aesthetic appearance while securing the sock body to the wearer's foot.

Abstract: An interactive garment system provides a garment with strategically and aesthetically positioned indicia. The indicia display a themed design. The garment also includes a machine-readable code that operatively joins with a network for providing tactile, visual, and auditory education and/or entertainment. The machine-readable code is configured to link to a media that is related to the indicia on the garment, thereby making the themed design more dynamic. In this manner, tactile learning and entertainment is achieved by linking a themed design on the garment with a media on a network, such as a video on the internet. An electronic device, such as a smart phone scans the machine-readable code to access and display a media. The media could be a website that is related to the themed design of the indicia on the garment.

Though incredibly simple in design, “The Omnistring” is actually quite complex in regards to the various modes of wear. It surpasses the notion of “unisex” as it is accessible, and not confined to just male and female, but to persons of sexual transformation/trans-gender procedure and/or augmentation, sexual mutilation, malformation and persons lacking in genetalia as well—thus, by definition, the title of “Omnistring” is aptly given.

This enables the encasement to be used with a relatively wide range of mattress sizes and still provide a snug fit.

Abstract: A passive mattress encasement is disclosed which can be relatively easily installed or removed over a mattress supported by a foundation. The encasement is formed to encapsulate a mattress and includes a top panel, a bottom panel and multiple side panels. One or more of the side panels are zippered together. The unzippered side panels, i.e., the panels without zippers, fixedly connect the top panel to the bottom panel. The top and bottom panels as well as the side panels may be made from conventional materials. The underside of the top panel and optionally the inside of the side panels may be coated with a waterproof coating, such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU/PU), silicone, or urethane to form a waterproof membrane. In accordance with an important aspect of the invention, the bottom panel is formed with a slick interior surface and a non-slick exterior surface.

Abstract: The present invention is a bug repellent cover. The cover comprises a zipper opening provided at the end of the cover and a flap provided at the end of the zipper opening. The flap is provided with Velcro on its edges that help the flap to open and close easily. The zipper opening begins at the outside edge of the cover that can be zipped to prevent the intrusion of bugs. The flap can be closed inwards to provide an outer cover to the end of the zipper opening. The zipper opening overlapped by the flap helps to prevent the intrusion of bugs into the cover. After closing the zipper, the fabric can be folded over. The zipper is non-allergenic. The fabric material is made of the laminated poly cotton. The present invention can be used for pillow cover, baby cripes cover and box spring mattress of all sizes.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are capsules for delayed release of an active ingredient contained therein, in particular water-soluble capsules for delayed release of water-sensitive, gas-generating compositions into an aqueous liquid medium. The delayed release capsules incorporate one or more gas-relief pinholes for gas-generating water-sensitive compositions contained in the capsules, such as inorganic bleach or other alkaline compositions intended for delayed release into a wash medium during a laundry cycle. The pinholes permit gas generated within the capsule due to exposure to environmental water vapor to escape from the capsule interior, preventing pressure build-up and capsule deformation during storage. The pinholes are sized to prevent or otherwise substantially limit the passage of liquids when submerged in a liquid medium (e.g., liquid water in an aqueous liquid medium). Related articles and methods for delivering the capsules in combination with a detergent or other laundry composition are also disclosed.

The body of the handle is designed to move an upper elongate portion of the scrub brush to a vertical position in a ‘rocking’ motion. To move the head of the scrub brush above the body, the ‘rocker brush’ includes a stabilizing weight positioned within a cavity formed in a rounded bottom of the handle. The weight in the rounded bottom causes the scrub brush to ‘flip’ upwards in a rocking motion when a user sets the scrub brush on a flat surface, such as a kitchen or bathroom countertop.
