  • Patent number: 9259851
Abstract: A router jig can be attached to a router base by two parallel guide rods extending from a bridge portion of the jig through openings in the router base. In order for a single router jig to be usable with a wide variety of routers, one must select guide rods having an appropriate diameter and must also provide a means of connecting the guide rods to the router jig bridge at a height and a horizontal spacing characteristic of the router being used. This may be done by using two offset arms, each of which is pivotally attached to the bridge at one end and to an associated guide rod at the other end.

Abstract: A method of forming a container (18), includes: a partial expansion first step (E1) during which the container (18) is filled with a pressurized blowing gas (G); a second step (E2) of filling the container (18) during which the container (18) is filled with a filling liquid (L) that expels the blowing gas (G) through an outlet orifice (34); and a third step (E3) during which the contents of the container (18) are put under a pressure (HP) so as to make the container (18) conform to its final state (18D), characterized in that, during the filling second step (E2), the ratio of the flow rate of the incoming filling liquid (L) to the flow rate of the outgoing blowing gas (G) is controlled so as to allow the container (18) to continue to expand during this second step (E2).

Abstract: A large number of green veneers for plywood respectively having high water contents and formed in a rectangular shape are vertically laminated to obtain a veneer laminate having a quadrangular prismatic shape. The veneer laminate is located between upper and lower platen members so that two opposite side faces of the veneer laminate vertically form cut face gathering planes. The upper and lower platen members are moved toward each other to apply a pressing force to the veneer laminate. The pressing force applied to the veneer laminate is released or weakened while the water drawn through the cut face gathering planes by the pressing force is dripping downward along the cut face gathering planes of the veneer laminate vertically formed.

  • Patent number: 9259895
Abstract: A flexible substrate and corresponding method of manufacturing are described. The flexible substrate includes a substrate, a first buffer layer, a second buffer layer and a third buffer layer. The first buffer layer, positioned on the substrate, has a plurality of first buffer segments. The second buffer layer, positioned on the first buffer layer, has a plurality of second buffer segments. The third buffer layer, positioned on the second buffer layer, is connected to the first buffer layer via a contact hole between two adjacent second buffer segments. Because the first buffer layer is patterned to include buffer segments, cracking in the first buffer layer is reduced. Because the third buffer layer is connected to segments of the first buffer layer via a contact hole between two adjacent second buffer segments, moisture permeation paths from the substrate into the second buffer layer are blocked, suppressing moisture permeation.
