Abstract: A credit card holder having at least one internal slot for holding a credit card, the internal slot having opposed front and rear plates set at a distance approximately the thickness of a credit card, and also having fixed opposed side guides having credit card side guide surfaces set at a distance from each other of approximately the width of a credit card. A credit card push slide is positioned along an internal width of the slot for engaging the top of a credit card, the slide having opposed credit card slide guide surfaces in alignment with the guide surfaces of the fixed side guides. The slot and the push slide have stop surfaces which cooperate to prevent the slide from completely pushing the card out of the slot.

Abstract: A hair applicator comprises a body, a flexible member, and a means of transferring a center of the flexible member. The flexible member comprises bristles, which may be arranged in a circular pattern and/or of differing lengths. A user applies an appropriate amount of hair coloring composition within the bristles of the flexible member. When the center of the flexible member is moved, the shape of the flexible member is changed which causes the bristles to form a conical shape which may be used to grasp strands of hair. The user combs the hair coloring composition throughout the length of the hair to effectively highlight the desired hair strands.

Abstract: An applicator system for dispensing a product and/or operating on a cuticle of a user includes a housing having a reservoir for storing a product, such as a cosmetic product or a medicinal product and a cuticle care tip. The cuticle care tip comprises one of a variety of surfaces configured to operate on a user and/or apply the product. The applicator system also includes a product delivery mechanism for dispensing the product.

Abstract: A deodorant package with an expanding platform is provided. The deodorant package has a threaded shaft connected to a rotatable dial. An elevator with an platform engages the threaded shaft. The platform has a first section joined to a second section by at least one flexible hinge such that the first section and the second section are biased to expand to contact an inner wall of the body of the package. An advantage that may be realized in the practice of some disclosed embodiments of the deodorant package is that a significant draft angle may be used that aids manufacturing.

Abstract: A mascara applicator includes an application stick that is attached to a cap sealing and covering an opening part of a mascara accommodation container and that can be accommodated in the mascara accommodation container, and an application body that is rotatably attached to a tip end of the application stick and that extends in a substantially axial direction of the application stick, in which one side surface on a side opposite to a rotating direction of the application body is orthogonal to a plane including a rotation path, and a ridge part that is formed by the one side surface and a side surface adjacent to the one side surface is used, while the application body is rotated and an axis of the application body is bent with respect to an axis of the application stick, so as to apply mascara.

Abstract: A skin removal device includes a housing having a handle portion, a drum assembly coupled to the handle portion and including a drum, the drum having an abrasive outer surface configured to abrade skin of a user during rotation of the drum, and an electromechanical drive system disposed at least partially within the housing and configured to rotate the drum. The drum assembly is moveable in a lateral direction relative to the handle portion to enable insertion and removal of the drum assembly.

Abstract: A lanyard attachment assembly has a sleeve with an inside surface and an outside surface. The inside surface defines a passageway through the sleeve. A strap passes through the passageway and forms a closed loop to link the closed loop to the sleeve. The assembly optionally includes a connector with a connector opening therethrough. When the assembly includes a connector, the strap passes through the connector opening where the closed loop links the connector to the sleeve.

Abstract: A fixation module is disclosed, which is disposed in a groove at a corner of an electronic device casing. The fixation module includes a buckle and a fixation element with both ends serving as a first elastic fixation portion and a second elastic fixation portion respectively. A junction is disposed between the first elastic fixation portion and the second elastic fixation portion and connected to the buckle. The first elastic fixation portion and the second elastic fixation portion are clamped at a position corresponding to the junction, so as to keep a relative distance between the first elastic fixation portion and the second elastic fixation portion smaller than an interval between two opposite ends of the groove. By utilizing an elastic restoring force between the first elastic fixation portion and the second elastic fixation portion, the fixation element can be engaged onto a sidewall of the groove.

Abstract: The tactical dress belt assembly allows a wearer to readily and comfortably carry a variety of tactical items, while maintaining a conventional dress appearance. The tactical dress belt assembly is a two or three component system, including an inner belt, and either a combined outer utility belt with an integral front dress belt section or separate dress belt over an outer utility belt. The inner belt is worn to hold up the wearer's trouser and typically is run through the belt loops of the wearer's trousers. The outer belt fits over the inner belt and provides a comfortable load bearing platform for a variety of carried items. The integrated front dress belt section or separate dress belt covers the front of the inner belt so that only the outer dress belt is visible when a coat or jacket is worn.

Abstract: A toothbrush device has a hollow handle, an open end, and a bristled brush. A tube of toothpaste is inserted into the handle and an internal roll bar assembly is actuated via a knob disposed on an exterior surface of the handle. The roll bar assembly traverses an interior space of the handle to collapse the toothpaste tube, squeezing the tube and conveying toothpaste through an interior conduit portion of the toothbrush. The toothpaste is subsequently dispensed from below the bristled brush portion, whereupon a user may brush their teeth in a normal manner using the device.

Abstract: A dispenser, liquid applicator with a flexible (hand-manipulated) gripping end and a second brush head end with rotatable bristles. It further includes an elongated central chamber into which may be added soap, shampoo, cleaner or another liquid/lotion for dispensing through a plurality of apertures in the brush head end. Rotation of the brush head bristles can be accomplished electrically (via a battery powered motor mechanism) or by the passage of water into and through the applicator's handle element.

Abstract: A make-up brush system includes a mandrel having a first end and a second end. The first end includes a gripping surface for engagement with a hand of a make-up artist and the second end being shaped and dimensioned for selective engagement with a plurality of make-up brushes. A plurality of make-up brushes is provided. Each of the plurality of make-up brushes includes a first end and a second end, the first end including a functional component of the make-up brush and the second end including a coupling member shaped and dimensioned for selective engagement with the second end of the mandrel. The system also includes a case both supporting and sanitizing the various components of the present invention. The case includes a tray supporting the plurality of make-up brushes in accessible positions within the case.

Abstract: A portable bedside table including a base, a pair of vertical side supports disposed atop a top surface of the base, and a pair of U-shaped apertures including a right aperture and a left aperture. The right aperture and the left aperture is disposed within a back edge of a right side support and a left side support of the pair of side supports, respectively. An L-shaped first shelf is continuously disposed between an interior surface of each of the right side support and the left side support. A horizontally disposed rectangular second shelf has a rear surface attached to a front side of the base. The pair of apertures is configured to removably encircle a mattress and, alternately, the second shelf is configured to removably attach to an underside of the mattress, such that the pair of side supports is adjacent to the mattress.

Abstract: An article support, such as a shelf, is securely attachable at a plurality of locations along a generally vertical support or rail. The article support includes a support-engaging portion having one or more tabs, at least one of which is a locking tab having a forward-extending tooth that engages the vertical support, when the tab or tabs extend through slots in the support. Optionally, a biasing element urges the article away from the support to maintain secure engagement of the locking tab with the support. The resulting shelving system or article support system is resistant to accidental detachment of the article supports from the supports and permits relatively small adjustment intervals for the article supports along the supports.

The second fixing rack includes a rotating arm. The rotating arm having a hook and the locking piece are disposed to enable the hook to be hooked to the locking piece when the first fixing rack is located near the second fixing rack and enable the first fixing rack to be fixed at a position near the second fixing rack. When a television needs to be repaired or dismounted, a pushing force towards the second fixing rack is applied on the first fixing rack to enable the hook to rotate upward under the effect of a magnetic force from the magnet piece to leave a state of being hooked to the locking piece.

Abstract: A collapsible beach chair includes upper tubes, leg tubes, a central tube connector, a seat back and a fabric support base. Lower ends of the upper tubes fit into upper holes in the tube connector, and upper ends of the leg tubes fit into lower holes in the tube connector. Upper ends of the upper tubes fit into first tube receptacles in the seat back, and ground ends of the leg tubes bit into second tube receptacles in the support base. The upper holes are disposed in an upper portion of the tube connector that swivels over a lower portion into which the lower holes are bored. The upper portion and the attached upper tubes swivel about a shaft that passes through the upper and lower portions but does not extend above or below the tube connector. The fabric support base prevents the leg tubes from sinking into the sand.

Abstract: A foam mattress is provided having a body facing surface comprising a viscoelastic foam layer. The body facing surface further comprises a recess or cavity into which a layer including a core of springs may be provided. The foam mattress further having a layer of open cell foam beneath the viscoelastic foam layer. The open cell, or reticulated, foam layer provides increased breathability. Support for the mattress may further be provided by a bottom layer of conventional foam.

The base further includes a seat region and two arm portions. The backrest is pivotally coupled to the base between a storage configuration and an upright configuration. When the door is opened, the aperture provides access to the interior cavity for removing napkins, wipes, or towels from the infant support.

The shaft may extend to the front of the lid dispenser, or a screen may be provided. The screen may slidable along the shaft through engagement with one or more slots. An additional gate may be provided and independently slidable along the one or more slots. Multiple shafts may be included in a single lid dispenser in order to accommodate multiple lid sizes within a single dispenser.

Abstract: A refrigerated air curtain redirection unit can be retro fitted to the front base of a an existing reach-in commercial open-display refrigerated cabinet, or provided as original built-in equipment for a newly manufactured cabinet to reduce refrigerated air spillage. The unit has a body part that protrudes outwardly of the open frontage of the cabinet at an upward angle and there is an inwardly curved part at its top region whereby an air vortex is formed that acts to draw air from the curtain at its base into an air duct of the cabinet.

Abstract: A swatch holder includes a display hook, a swivel plate and a stop pin. The display hook includes an upper stem and a lower stem. The swivel plate includes a bored extension that protrudes from a back of the swivel plate and is mounted on a free end of the upper stem. The stop pin includes an insertion end inserted through a slot in the bored extension and through an aperture in the distal end of the upper stem and an exterior end that extends into the slot. The swivel plate is rotatable about the upper stem so that when the swivel plate is in a first position the exterior end of the stop pin is located adjacent a first end of the slot and when the swivel plate is in a second position the exterior end of the stop pin is located adjacent a second end of the slot.

Abstract: A food shield has shield panels that are location adjustable and angularly adjustable in respect of support structures (posts) that are coupled to a mounting surface, such as a surface of a buffet table or cart. For location adjustment of a shield panel along length of a post, a bracket assembly includes outer and inner collar portions, a grip element positioned between the outer and inner collar portions, and a tightening element that tightens the connection of the assembled collar against support posts. For angular adjustment, each bracket assembly includes an indexing base, a rotatable arm assembly with an indexing hub, and a removable or retractable coupling element. Side panels are mounted to the same posts as the shield panels with removable clamps that engage exterior surfaces of the posts. The removable clamps have multiple parts that are variously inverted for joining the clamps to posts at different orientations.

The kit provides a plurality of two-sided hanging designation dividers, a plurality of adjustable designation divider hangers, a Donation bag and a Discard bag. This invention empowers consumer-users to continuously and gently determine, at one's own time and own comfort level, what pieces of clothing items to keep, discard, and/or donate, while separating any kept clothing items that require mending or alterations or ironing. The overarching goal of this invention is to enable consumer-users to look good, feel confident about their clothing choices and overall appearance, and avoid stress by controlling the chaos of their closet space.

Abstract: A dimensionally stable floor covering comprises a tufted textile substrate and a reinforcement layer attached to the textile substrate. The reinforcement layer includes an adhesive backing compound and reinforcement fibers surrounded by the adhesive backing. The fibers may form a continuous layer on the back side of the floor covering or may be dispersed within the adhesive backing compound. The adhesive backing compound may be hot water-soluble to facilitate recycling of the floor covering. The floor covering may optionally include additional backing layers (including cushions) and may be used as a broadloom carpet, a carpet tile, or other modular floor covering products. Methods of manufacturing, installing, and recycling the present floor coverings are also provided.

A first mounting member is attached to the first end of the shaft, the first mounting member including a magnet configured to attach to one of another magnet or metal surface. In some embodiments, the second mounting member includes a magnet such that the apparatus may be selectively attached to a metal object. Abstract: A coffee beverage system is described including a coffee bean packaging cartridge and a coffee brewing apparatus. The packaging cartridge includes a container holding coffee beans and transportation component for transporting the coffee beans towards an exit opening of the cartridge. The coffee apparatus comprises a grinder for grinding the coffee beans from the cartridge and a brewing device for brewing coffee on the basis of ground coffee obtained by means of the grinder. The system is further provided with a metering chamber for receiving coffee beans which are transported with the aid of the transportation component into the metering chamber. In use, the metering chamber will hold a predetermined amount of coffee beans. The metering chamber comprises a bottom portion which forms a part of the grinder, said bottom portion being arranged in the coffee apparatus for rotating around an axis extending in a vertical direction.

The method further includes comparing the measured flow characteristic to a set of predetermined flow characteristics associated with the various types of beverage ingredient containing members; and determining at least one parameter for a further process of making a beverage by selecting a parameter related to the predetermined flow characteristic to which the measured flow characteristic is closest.
