Abstract: A chemical mechanical polishing slurry including chemical solution, and organic and inorganic particles suspended in the chemical solution is disclosed. The organic particles are formed by polymerized monomers with long chains and/or nebular core-shells; such shapes with increased surface areas can enlarge the contact areas between the polished materials and the organic particles. The chemical solution also includes surfactants attached to the surfaces of the organic particles and the inorganic particles, which separates the organic particles from the inorganic particles. The chemical mechanical polishing slurry has the advantages of both the organic particles and inorganic particles so as to reduce the polishing scratches and enhance the polishing efficiency.

With the treatment of silane coupling agent and the mixture of phosphoric acid and nitric acid respectively, the active groups are introduced onto the surface of the metal and the fabric, which enhanced the adhesive strength of metal/fabric interface. Simultaneously, the brittleness, poor cracking and impact resistance of the traditional epoxy adhesive are also optimized by using the method of this invention, which is easy to operate and widely used.

Abstract: The subject matter herein provides a biotic method for recovering one or more hydrocarbons from a feedstock that includes one or more of oil shale, bituminous tar sand, coal and cellulous at atmospheric temperature and pressure. The method comprises loading the feedstock into a container, treating the feedstock in the container with a biomedium of micro-organisms, and forming an essentially liquid mixture from the feedstock and the biomass by rotary tumbling the feedstock and the biomedium in the container. The essentially liquid mixture is then separated into the one or more hydrocarbons by centrifuging.

  • Publication number: 20160298038
Abstract: A process for producing high yields of higher quality (API Group II, Group III?) lubricating oil basestock fractions which allows the production of two or more types of high quality lubes in continuous mode (no blocked operation mode) without transition times and feed or intermediate product tankage segregation. Two consecutive hydroprocessing steps are used: the first step processes a wide cut feed at a severity needed to match heavy oil lube properties. The second step hydroprocesses a light oil after fractionation of the liquid product from the first step at a severity higher than for the heavy oil fraction. The two hydroprocessing steps will normally be carried out in separate reactors but they may be combined in a single reactor which allows for the two fractions to be processed with different degrees of severity.

Abstract: A power generating method of Carbon-molecule gasification combustion, the method comprising the following main processes: taking coal with desulfurizing agent, and first conducting desulfirization and gasification in a molecular gasifier to produce clean coal gas; mixing hot coal gas and low excess air for combustion in the furnace of a boiler; conducting coke refining and dust removal in accordance with coal quality and demand; after heat transfer via the heated surface of the boiler, emitting high temperature flue gas complying with the standard from the chimney; and the vapor generated by the boiler drives a steam turbine to generate power. The gasification method can be applied to a power generating system of a gas engine and a gas turbine to produce desired cooling coal gas, and can also produce chemical feed gas. The method has a simple process, which is energy saving.
