The transaction data includes SKU-level data describing the substance of the goods or services transacted. These search results are filtered for transactions in which the substance of the transaction relates to apparel. The SKU-level data among the first filtered search results is examined to determine a size and gender profile corresponding with a first individual that corresponds with the articles of apparel reflected in the first filtered search results.

These layers of APIs may transform the interface from a powerful and complex interface to a more limited but simpler and easier to use interface. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for reorder point management in a smartphone. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for purchase reminding includes monitoring payments performed by a payment application executing in memory of a smartphone and determining by a processor of the smartphone for each of the payments, an ordered product. The method further includes associating each ordered product for which payment has been made with a corresponding reorder point indicating a lapse of time subsequent to which the ordered product is to be reordered. Finally, the method includes periodically processing each reorder point to determine whether or not to reorder a corresponding ordered product and, in response to the processing, displaying in the smartphone a reminder to reorder each ordered product for which a corresponding reorder point indicates reordering.

The message may include further information, such as a location of the user and communication device when communicating the message and a timestamp of the message, which may further be used to identify the merchant and/or item. The invention retains the accuracy of an exhaustive system while significantly reducing the computational costs associated with such an exhaustive system.

Abstract: Computer-implemented architectures for providing a milestone-based contingent fundraising platform using actionable information from experts are described. Businesses may, in conjunction with experts, establish milestones and offer a liability based on an offered interest rate and a target amount of funds to raise. Funders may match the business' offer with funding to meet the target raise. Certain aspects of the invention isolate funds commensurate with the liability and a fender's offer from both the business and the funder until the milestone is evaluated. If the business achieves the milestone, then it may receive a portion of the funding. In some embodiments, if the business also has a revenue exceeding a threshold, then the funders may receive a portion of the revenue. Alternatively, if the business fails to achieve the milestone, then the funders may receive back their funding plus interest. Experts may be compensated with a portion of either the raised funds or the paid liability.

Abstract: The technology disclosed relates to manipulating and visualizing database objects that represent layers and parts of layers in an insurance or other risk transfer program. In particular, a special purpose database system replaces manual use of spreadsheets and supports data visualization. The technology disclosed provides systems and methods for processing and displaying database objects that build a composite coverage structure capable of representing a complex program of multiple insurance policies or other risk transfer instruments during planning and placement. The system includes a communications base station at the property which receives program instructions for controlling an exchange of data between the base station, IP-addressable devices connected to the base station via a LAN, and a user computer. Responsive to installation of the program instructions, the system receives registration data from IP-addressable devices connected to the base station, the registration data based upon XML format messages between the base station and the IP-addressable devices. Upon detection of an asset which poses a physical danger to a property, the system and method execute a notification procedure to generate a message to a user computer.

Abstract: The invention relates an indemnification policy or bond for expense reimbursement and reconciliation associated with litigation. For a premium paid for the policy or bond an insured would be assured of a specified recovery amount, provided at least a fixed percentage (e.g., an amount greater than 100%) had been advanced by a litigant or its attorney, towards cost and expenses in a litigation case, and that the amount advanced was unrecoverable out of litigation proceeds. In order to facilitate such an invention, an electronic system must also be incorporated to ensure a premium pricing model for the indemnification instruments, a sufficient means to exchange and generation of a contract or policy or bond between the insured and insurer, and a means for determining, which contracts are subject to a indemnification claim event, and ultimately a means of payment between the insured and insurer for claims made against a policy.

A number of unique users included in the subset is determined and used along with the sampling rate to determine the number of unique users included in the retrieved actions, which is used to derive a metric describing user interaction with the selected object.

Search results are retrieved from a database of travel itineraries based on search criteria provided by a traveler, and a set of recommended travel itineraries selected from the search results based on a probabilistic profile comprising a plurality of value profiles. A set of near-optimal travel itineraries is defined for each of the value profiles. A probability is determined for each travel itinerary of the search results based on a sum of weights of each value profile including the travel itinerary in the corresponding set of near-optimal travel itineraries, and travel itineraries added to the set of recommended travel itineraries based on the probabilities. An online search may be performed to enrich the set of recommended travel itineraries depending on a distance between the probabilistic profile of the traveler and a probabilistic profile used to populate the cache.

Abstract: Today a law enforcement officer can retrieve, provide, act upon, and collaborate on existing information in real time or near real time with other officers locally, nationally and internationally. However, the increased access to and ability to create information can lead them becoming saturated and/or absorbed in the information and their effectiveness impacted. Correspondingly, providing information to and receiving information from the officer can negatively impact the operation of the overall organization that the deployed officer is part of. Critical information they provide can be lost, delayed or filtered to lower priority by disjointed systems where with many legacy systems the dominant mode of data entry has been manual. Accordingly, it would be beneficial for the officers to contextually access salient information that they want based upon their context and environment and for officers to be provided with ranked and prioritized investigative responses, duties, or cases.

The processing circuitry may receive a first pixel value associated with a first pixel of the image data and detect a first set of pixels located in a first direction along a same row of pixels or a same column of pixels with respect to the first pixel. The first set of pixels is associated with a first band. The processing circuitry may then interpolate a second pixel value based on an average of a first set of pixel values that correspond to the first set of pixels and a distance between the first pixel and a closest pixel in the first band. The processing circuitry may then output the second pixel value for the first pixel.
