Abstract: The invention is comprised of a rotating glass coffee bean gas flame torrefaction drum which roasts and rapidly grinds fresh coffee beans. This feeds a brewing device designed to accelerate making solid ice as quickly as possible in order to arrest the hydrolysis kinetics of 2-furfuryrlthiol. The heat exchanger portion has exceptionally high surface area heat exchanger coils. Higher mass exchange of the device prevent specific chemical component flavor loss. In addition, the torrefaction process in the glass drum attached to the device with rapid grinding process allows for much higher levels of 2-furfurylthiol in ice cubes. The glass allows visualization of the flame. The consumer enjoys of the product visually and by smell prior to product consumption.

Abstract: An endoscope apparatus includes a processor including hardware. The processor implements a focus control process that is implemented by controlling the position of a focus lens included in an optical system that is included in an imaging device, and a mist detection process that detects whether or not mist has occurred. The processor implements the focus control process that stops a focus operation that is performed during the focus control process when the mist detection process has detected that mist has occurred.

Abstract: An ingestible image scanning pill captures high resolution images of the GI tract as it passes through. Images communicated externally have exact location determination. Image processing software discards duplicate information and stitches images together, line scan by line scan, to replicate a complete GI tract as if it were stretched out in a straight line. A fully linear image is displayed to a medical professional as if the GI tract had been stretched in a straight line, cut open, laid flat out on a bench for viewing—all without making any incisions in a live patient.
