Abstract: The preferred embodiment is directed to a method and apparatus of a bluetooth that is enabled in a jewelry device for use on bluetooth headset earpieces. The preferred embodiment can be provided in the shape of almost any objects. Envisioned objects include pearls, crystals, feathers, and diamonds, among similar items. The preferred embodiment increases consumer purchase appeal to meet a need of a wearable technology jewelry and bluetooth. The accessories that can be applied and removed from the present preferred embodiment can be done without the use of additional tools.

Abstract: A jewelry joining mechanism is disclosed for coupling a main ring having a lower body portion and a neck portion, to a band including at least a first ring-shaped body and a second ring-shaped body. The mechanism comprises an integrally formed protruding notch extending along the lower body portion of the main ring, the notch having a greater maximum cross-sectional width than the main ring neck portion, and an integrally formed open-ended groove extending between the first and second ring-shaped bodies of the band, the groove being bounded in part by aligned and opposing flanges extending along at least a portion of a length of the groove, the flanges defining an open top end of the groove, wherein the groove is adapted to receive the notch such that, when the notch is fully disposed within the groove, the main ring and the band maintain a substantially fixed angular configuration.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a jewelry element which includes two layers—a cladding layer and a substrate layer, each layer being its own alloy. The cladding layer and the substrate layer each include a base metal such as silver or gold at the same percentages so that the resulting jewelry element can be labeled in accordance with one or more industry-wide requirements. The cladding layer is further enhanced by introduction of a metal providing additional hardness when included in the alloy. By limiting the “hardness” metal or metals to being deposed only in the cladding layer, less of the hardness metal need be used, thereby reducing cost yet retaining the requisite hardness characteristic. Each of the alloys may further contain other metals for any of a number of reasons, including but not limited to, tarnish resistance.

The accessory device may include a first part and a second part. The accessory device may also include one or more detection mechanisms, some of which may be used to determine whether the first part and the second part are properly aligned with respect to each other. Further, the detection mechanisms may generate an indication whether the first and second parts are properly aligned. The detection mechanism may be in communication with the electronic device such that the electronic device can receive the indication. In this manner, the indication may cause the electronic device to generate and present a message on a display of the electronic device. The message may provide a statement whether the parts are properly aligned.

Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to an article of luggage having a coupling interface with a plurality of support points to engage a dynamic volume receptacle (DVR). In an illustrative example, the DVR having a predetermined capacity may releasably couple to the plurality of the support points when inserted through an auxiliary aperture to form a barrier between contents inserted into a primary chamber of the luggage and contents inserted into an auxiliary chamber of the DVR. The DVR may include a capacity adjuster to permit a user to modify the predetermined capacity of the DVR. Advantageously, a user may modify the predetermined capacity prior to insertion of the DVR into the primary chamber. In some implementations, the DVR may protect the contents in the primary chamber against moisture from wet contents in the DVR, for example.
