Abstract: Described herein is an apparatus and method for manufacturing an image display. The apparatus provides an automated method for efficient production of a finished image display, beginning with a planar, unassembled, image display and resulting with a fully-assembled image display in its final form, such as a cube-shaped image display with a plurality of images affixed thereto. In one embodiment, the apparatus is machinery configured as a semi-automated workstation, configured with four jigs stationed on a rotating platform housed on a workstation base. The rotating platform is configured for 360 degree rotation and advancing each jig through one of four work positions. The rotating platform is controlled by a control panel, which can be operated manually or automated. In one embodiment, the machinery is capable of high through-put manufacturing—up to three hundred image display cubes in one hour of operation.
Abstract: In a case in which mounting deviation is occurring in a component which is mounted onto a solder surface of a board, a pad jig is pushed against the component, and the mounting deviation of the component is corrected through a friction force between the pad jig and the component by causing the pad jig to move in a horizontal direction.
Abstract: A tape feeder (part feeding device) includes a main body including a transporting passage for guiding a part feeding tape to a part removing position, a conveyor for positioning a storage of the part feeding tape which is inserted to the transporting passage to the part removing position, and a part detector for detecting the part stored in the storage in the transporting passage at the upstream side of the part removing position. The transporting passage includes a travelling surface for supporting the part feeding tape from underneath, a pair of side guides for guiding two side surfaces of the part feeding tape, and a squeezed portion in which a distance between the pair of side guides is gradually reduced from the upstream side of the part detector toward a part detecting position of the part detector.
Abstract: A component mounting machine moves a mounting head from a supply position P1 to each of mounting positions P3 and P4 of a circuit board CB via an imaging position P2. Further, the component mounting machine performs control such that the mounting head moves in a direction of movement at the time of imaging that is either of an X-axis direction or a Y-axis direction when passing through the imaging position P2. The component mounting machine determines the direction of movement at the time of imaging, according to a first X-axis distance Lx and a first Y-axis distance Ly from the imaging position P2 to each of the mounting positions P3 and P4.
Abstract: The new blueberry plant variety ‘FF03-178’ is provided. The variety is produced from a cross of ‘FL00-62’ and ‘FL96-24’, which can be distinguished by its outstanding features. ‘FF03-178’ is a commercial variety intended for the hand harvest fresh market. The variety is medium vigorous, medium branched and leafy and produces a high yield of large fruit.

Abstract: A new and distinct variety of peach tree (Prunus persica). The following features of the tree and its fruit are characterized with the tree budded on ‘Nemaguard’ Rootstock (non-patented), grown on Handford sandy loam soil with Storie Index rating 95, in USDA Hardiness Zone 9, near Modesto, Calif., with standard commercial fruit growing practices, such as pruning, thinning, spraying, irrigation and fertilization. Its novelty consist of the following combination of desirable features: 1. Tree having a vigorous, upright growth habit. 2. Regular and productive bearer of large size fruit. 3. Fruit with good flavor and eating quality. 4. Mild, sweet, sub-acid, white flesh fruit. 5. Peento type fruit, with an attractive red blush.

Abstract: A new Ipomoea plant named ‘KPOZ0001’, particularly distinguished by compact and mounding plant habit, then becomes more outwardly trailing with age, vigorous, freely branching with dense palmately shaped foliage. The large foliage displays shades of olive green, bronze and reddish purple. Flowers, when present, are medium sized pale lavender pink.
Abstract: A new and distinct form of Lachenalia plant characterized by a bulb plant type having a spreading growth habit of a height of 15-30 centimeters (cm) and width of 10-15 cm having a cerise pink flower and green leave with maroon spots.
Abstract: A new and distinct form of Lachenalia plant characterized by a bulb plant type having a spreading growth habit of a height of 15-30 centimetres (cm) and width of 10-15 cm; a hyacinth-like yellow flower with maroon tip which displays very compact inflorescence; and further having a lanceolate leaf form.
Abstract: A new and distinct form of Lachenalia plant characterized by a bulb plant type having a spreading growth habit of a height of 15-30 centimetres (cm) and width of 10-15 cm having a turquoise blue flower and green leave with maroon spots, further characterized in that the spots are relatively small in size and fairly pronounced in that it has a good contrast.
