Abstract: A blow molding device in which pressure is accumulated in advance in a cylinder, which is used for providing pressurized an air space about a mouth of a preform to be molding into a container within a mold using a pressurized liquid. Pressure is also accumulated in advance in an accumulator. When a pressurized liquid is supplied into the preform, the opening-closing valve of the accumulator is opened to thereby apply the accumulated pressure within the accumulator to the liquid supplied into the preform, and the opening-closing valve is closed to thereby allow the accumulated pressure within the cylinder to pressurize the air space.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing stable 3D polymer objects with surface micro-nanostructures. The method includes the following steps: Step (1): Synthesizing a thermoset 2D polymer object with surface microstructures. The polymer network contains reversible exchangeable bonds. Step (2): deforming synthesized polymer to an arbitrary desired shape above the reshaping temperature with an external force applied. The permanent reshaping temperature falls in the range of 50-130° C. and external stress is held for 5 min-24 hours Step (3): after cooling, a permanent 3D polymer object with surface microstructure is obtained. Step (2-3) can be repeated for many cycles and the 2D polymer object can be arbitrarily and cumulatively deformed to get a complex 3D structures. The polymer networks contain reversible exchangeable bonds and bond exchange catalysts in the present invention.

Abstract: The range of stretch-tunability of sinusoidal wrinkled surfaces that are obtained by compression of supported thin films is limited by the emergence of a period-doubled mode at high compressive strains. This disclosure presents a method to suppress the emergence of the period-doubled mode at high strains. This is achieved by compressing pre-patterned supported thin films, wherein the pre-patterns are substantially similar to the natural pattern of the supported thin film system. As compared to flat thin film systems, pre-patterned thin film systems exhibit period doubling behavior at a higher compressive strain. The onset strain for emergence of period-doubling is tuned by altering the amplitude of the pre-patterns.

Abstract: A hot-molding method using a plastic elastomer to fabricate a vamp comprises steps: fabricating a hot-molding mold according to a pattern design of a vamp; fabricating blanks of different thicknesses, shapes, sizes, colors and materials; placing the blanks in the hot-molding mold; placing the hot-molding mold in a hot-molding machine to undertake a hot-molding process; and taking the hot-molding mold out of the hot-molding machine and then taking out the vamp from the mold after cooling. The method enables a single vamp to simultaneously use blanks of different thicknesses, shapes, colors and materials and diversifies vamp designs. The method fixes blanks securely in the mold and joins blanks of different colors to an identical vamp in a single process. The blanks are hard to peel off the vamp after molding. The method features a short fabrication cycle, high efficiency and high yield.

Abstract: A control system includes a load detector, a determination unit, and a drive control unit. The load detector detects a load of a slide. The load of the slide includes a positive load due to a pressing force of the slide during pressing and a negative load at the time of a breakthrough. The determination unit determines whether to execute emergency stopping of the slide based on the positive load and the negative load detected by the load detector. The drive control unit controls the driving of the slide based on the determination result of the determination unit.
