Embodiments generally include a first part and a second part, the first part, in some embodiments, being made up of at least two or more component pieces, then, the first part is detachably coupled to the second part creating an outer surface and an inner surface which create a contiguous internal hollow space that extends from the first piece to the second piece in the form of a three dimensional shape, and a means for supporting the unitary mold in a special and beneficial baking orientation. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking cup pan or a to a single, stand-alone cup pan. The interior of the mold can receive a baking cup liner.

Abstract: An apparatus for shredding meat with a hopper and a frame. The hopper has upper and lower rotor assemblies mounted to rotate horizontally within a shredding region. Each rotor assembly is composed of an arbor and fingers arranged in paraxial rows around the arbor. Four rows of pegs extend horizontally into the shredding region. A front row and a back row are each 0.75 inch above and below, respectively, the upper rotor assembly. A back row and a front row are each 0.75 inch above and below, respectively the lower rotor assembly. The hopper is suspended in the frame, which houses the drive mechanism that rotates the rotor assemblies in opposite directions. The upper rotor assembly pushes product dropped into the shredding region into the upper back row to shred the product. The lower rotor assembly pushes the shredded product into the lower front row to further shred the product.

Abstract: A method of making a powder of serum extracted from a Greek style yogurt is disclosed. The total solids concentration of the serum is increased to at least 35% by weight to produce a concentrated serum. The concentrated serum is crystallized by adding lactose crystals whose average size is less than 100 microns. The crystallized serum is then spray dried to produce a serum powder. The resulting powder is non-hygroscopic, less likely to form lumps in storage, retains the initial characteristics of the serum and is of sufficiently high quality to be fit for human consumption.

Abstract: A fire searing process for meat comprises cooking meat in an oven and then at least crust-freezing the meat in a freezer. The oven has a temperature of at least 1500° F., and the meat is cooked in the oven for approximately 10 seconds to 3 minutes. The meat is cooked to a depth of approximately 0.25 to 25% of the meat extending into an inner surface of the meat from an outer surface of the meat to form a crust-like portion proximate the outer surface of the meat. The meat is then at least crust-frozen in a freezer having a temperature of approximately ?35 to 0° F. for approximately 1 to 6 minutes. The freezer prevents the meat from being further cooked to preserve the crust-like portion proximate the outer surface of the meat.

The method of preparing a real fruit drink concentrate comprises preparing a mixture. The mixture is prepared by mixing fresh or frozen fruit pieces, spices, sugar, lemon juice and a quantity sufficient water in a container. The mixture is cooked in a pre-heated oven at 420° F. till the caramelization of fruits and sugar occurs. A boiling water is added to the mixture and cooked again. The total cooking time is 45 minutes and the boiling water is added after at least ?rd of the total cooking time. The mixture is canned. The canning is done by using a boiling water bath for 5-10 minutes. The mixture is stored in sealed jars in a cool dark place.
