In one example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure, a computer-implemented method may include: generating the ticket, the ticket comprising a ticket event; presenting the ticket comprising the ticket event to a user on a display; responsive to receiving a request from the user to modify the ticket event, modifying the ticket event while preserving an unmodified ticket event; and presenting the ticket comprising the modified ticket event to the user.

The configuration comprises metadata about supported relationship aspects for the set of entities within a structure context. The computer system compares the entity aspects to the configuration for the structure to determine a relationship of the entity to the set of entities. Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for appropriate resource allocation via generated communication channel within and for the utilization of a shared use service. The system may be associated with or affixed to a shared use service object, generating a communication field within or directly around the shared use service object. The system may recognize when an individual is utilizing the shared use service via signal recognition of a mobile device transmission being received by the system associated with the shared use service. The system may identify an end destination of the user using the shared use service and calculate a resource requirement based on the same. The resource requirement may be presented to the user via the mobile device through the generated communication linkage.

Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, apparatuses, and systems for providing visualizations of workflows. Data associated with successes and failures of individual components of workflows can be collected and aggregated to provide an overview of the operation of workflows, as well as allowing a software developer to troubleshoot operations of the workflow. Status indications of steps can be visualized in a graphical user interface (GUI), for example, and faults can be identified and presented in the GUI. By aggregating workflow data across hundreds, thousands, or even millions of workflows, a user can quickly determine the overall operations of the workflow, as well as areas of the workflow that may need improvement.

Abstract: The current document is directed to automated-application-release-management facilities that support aspect-oriented-programming-like insertion of plug-in-implemented advice into release pipelines. In a described implementation, advice is represented by entries in an advice set or aggregation. These entries encode rules, advice types, and references to advice-implementing plug-ins. During release-pipeline execution, calls to the advice-implementing plug-ins are inserted prior to and after tasks in workflows corresponding to the tasks that are then executed by a workflow-execution engine. Rules may include release-pipeline parameters and advice definitions may use wildcard characters and other elements of regular expression in pipeline, stage, and task names.

Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for solving supply chain planning problems. The system includes a database that stores data representing a planning problem of a supply chain network and a computer that accesses the planning problem of the supply chain network stored in the database and models the planning problem as a network of nodes and edges. The computer further generates a hierarchical linear programming solution of the planning problem and applies advanced heuristics to the generated hierarchical linear programming solution. The computer still further formulates a mixed integer program to generate an optimized global hierarchical solution and stores the generated optimized global hierarchical solution in the database.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for dynamic risk management for shipments using an application, characterized in having a client component embedded in a user communication device, a server component hosted by a server. The method includes actuating, the client component for assessing the risks by a user using an actuation module, receiving the actuation by the server component for initiating assessment of risks associated with the shipment of products based on a plurality of information stored in one or more databases, one or more data sources, and a real time information obtained from shipments, analyzing and determining, one or more control measures to mitigate said assessed risks, and responding back to the client component by the server component using a response module the risks associated with the shipment of products and forecasts on the control measures that the user may adopt to mitigate the assessed risks.

One or more other instances of the season may then be analyzed to determine whether at least part of the first pattern or the second pattern is detected. Based at least in part on determining that the at least part of the first pattern is detected in the at least part of the same sub-period, a responsive action that is associated with the first pattern may be performed.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to a flexible order fulfillment management system that utilizes predefined fulfillment workflows including common business processes. By utilizing predefined workflows including common business processes, the order fulfillment management system is able to drive store-based fulfillment programs efficiently as multiple fulfillment workflows may utilize the same common business processes and a single fulfillment management system may operate workflows in parallel. An instance of a multisite heterogeneous workforce scheduling problem comprising a set of work items and a set of technicians is obtained. A measure of likelihood that a pair of work items belong to the same sub-problem in a decomposition of the problem instance into a plurality of sub-problems, such that a union of solutions to the plurality of sub-problems is a solution to the problem, is calculated. The measure calculation comprises calculating one or more components indicating a relation between the pair of work items and technicians potentially scheduled to execute either of them. A solution to the problem is generated by solving the plurality of sub-problems in the decomposition obtained based on a partitioning of the set of work items induced by the measure and aggregating solutions to the plurality of sub-problems.

Based on detection of a synchronization event, the originating device transmits the collected synchronization information, resulting in the receipt of the synchronization information by one or more receiving devices. Thereafter, the presentation of the content to the user on one of the receiving devices can incorporate the synchronization information collected and transmitted by the originating device.

Abstract: Highly secured transactions for mobile or Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices can be conducted using a one-time seed technology (OTST). For example, registration of a user and authentication of a user device is based on a one-time seed (OTS) which is generated by an authentication server and sent to the user device. The user device employs the OTS to generate a one-time password (OTP). After registration and authentication, the OTS is deleted. As such, the OTS and OTP is used only one time. No seed is stored on the user device. As for securing the transactions, it may be signed by a one-time hash (OTH) or a one-time signing key (OTSK). Like the OTS, the OTH or OTSK is deleted from the user device after the transaction. Since the user device does not contain a seed, OTH or OTSK, there is no risk of the user device being hacked by unwanted third parties.
