Abstract: A suspended-bed hydrogenation catalyst and a regeneration method are disclosed. A composite support comprises a semi-coke pore-expanding material, a molecular sieve and a spent catalytic cracking catalyst. The hydrogenation catalyst for heavy oil is obtained through mixing the semi-coke pore-expanding material, the molecular sieve and the spent catalytic cracking catalyst, followed by molding, calcining and activating, and then loading an active metal oxide to the composite support. According to the composite support, a macropore, mesopore and micropore uniformly-distributed structure is formed, so that full contact between all ingredients in the heavy oil and active ingredients in a hydrogenation process is facilitated, and the conversion ratio of the heavy oil is increased. The hydrogenation catalyst integrates adsorption, cracking and hydrogenation properties. According to a regeneration method, the loading performance of an active-metal-loaded support in a spent hydrogenation catalyst cannot be destroyed.

The housing is divided into two parts, i.e. a first housing and a second housing which is connected to the first housing via a pivot bearing, with at least one energy absorber being arranged between the first housing and the second housing, which energy absorber will counteract the forces, in particular the torques, generated in the event of a crash and will absorb the energy of the crash so as to prevent at least the part of the second housing which rests on the ground from moving relative to the ground, which pivot bearing allows the first housing to rotate relative to the second housing against the action of the one or plural energy absorber(s) which is/are separate from the pivot bearing.

Abstract: A coating apparatus for coating a perimeter surface of a pipeline. A frame selectively mounts a sprayer on the pipeline. The sprayer can spray fluid along a flow path in a spraying mode and preparation mode. In the preparation mode, a fluid diverter moves into the flow path to divert the fluid delivered from the sprayer away from the pipeline. In the spraying mode, the fluid diverter moves out of the flow path to permit the sprayer to coat the perimeter surface of the pipeline with a curable liquid. A vacuum system can draw a vacuum through the diverter to remove the fluid the sprayer sprays in the preparation mode. The flow path can be located in a spray shroud. The diverter can fluidly couple the vacuum system to the shroud interior in the spraying mode to remove overspray.

Abstract: A controlled-volume spray deposition system has a fluid feed system including a pair of bi-directional, counter-rotating rollers to dispense fluid as a first surface, the rollers operable to rotate in a first direction to dispense the fluid, a second surface positioned to receive the fluid when the rollers rotate in the first direction, and the rollers operable to rotate in a second direction to retract the fluid to cause the fluid to stretch and form a filament until it breaks to form a spray.
