Abstract: The present disclosure relates to modular and reconfigurable architectural assemblies such as modular walls and modular furniture, including modular and reconfigurable desk systems, with features and components that provide wire management functionality. A modular desk system includes a horizontal work surface and a lower vertical section extending vertically downward and/or upward from the work surface. At least a portion of the lower vertical section houses one or more resource trays having power and data receptacles for user wires to plug into. An access component such as a cover encloses the resource tray to provide a functional and aesthetically pleasing assembly while allowing management and organization of user wires and/or supply wires.

Abstract: A rack assembly has two support frames and at least one shelf that are secured to the support frames by connecting assemblies. Each connecting assembly comprises a well secured to a medial surface of each vertical tube of the support frame, and a hook that extends from each end of each shelf, with each hook having an opening extending therethrough. The connecting assembly also includes a connector that is seated inside each well, each connector having a top plate that has an elongated opening, the connector also having a body that is sized and configured to fit inside a well, the body defining two wings with a space between the wings, and wherein each wing has a bump positioned in the center of the inner surface of each wing that faces the space. Each hook is inserted through the elongated opening of a corresponding connector with the bump on each wing fitted inside the opening of the hook to retain the hook inside the body of the connector.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments of storage systems. In some embodiments, the storage system includes an upper frame, a guide tube that supports the upper frame, a pivot arm, and a side support. A first end of the pivot arm is rotatably coupled to the guide tube, and a second end of the pivot arm is rotatably coupled to a fixed pivot point. The side support includes a guide post that is inserted into the guide tube. The guide tube is configured to move along the guide post.

Abstract: A rack system includes a rack, a first adapter mechanism and a second adapter mechanism. The rack has a first side and second side. A first width is defined between the first side and the second side. The first adapter mechanism is detachably mounted to the first side of the rack. Abstract: Disclosed is a grid structure of a storage rack, and the storage rack has four corner pillars vertically disposed at four corner of the storage rack and edge frames coupled with each other to form a rectangular frame space, and at least one grid disposed in the frame space, and the edge frames and the grid are combined to form a carrying plane for carrying heavy objects, and the grid is formed by first wires and second wires staggered with one another, and the second wires are coupled to the bottom of the first wires. Each second wire has a sectional shape corresponsive to a positive force direction of the carrying plane and in a flat elliptical shape and an aspect ratio falling within a range of 1.5:1˜3.5:1. Therefore, the supporting effect while carrying heavy objects can be improved without increasing the weight of materials.

A second shell may be connected to the outer peripheral edges of the first shell, with an open space defined there between. Each of the opposite outer peripheral edges is independently deflectable in response to a load being applied to the second shell.

The body support member has a curvature in least one of the lateral and longitudinal directions, wherein the curvature is changeable between at least first and second configurations. The body support member includes a shape memory material extending in at least one of the lateral and longitudinal directions, wherein the shape memory material is attached to the body support member at two spaced apart locations. The shape memory material is contractible between at least a non-energized state and an energized state in response to an application of energy. The shape memory material biases the flexible body support member between the first and second configurations when the shape memory material is contracted to the energized state. Other office systems incorporating shape memory materials are also provided.

Abstract: A bedhead frame and a bed frame structure having the bedhead frame are provided. The bedhead frame includes two vertical rods arranged symmetrically and at least one horizontal rod connected between the two vertical rods. Each of the vertical rods is an L-shaped structure. The horizontal rod and the vertical rods of the bedhead frame are detachable, which can be transported or stored conveniently. In particular, the vertical rods of the bedhead frame employ an L-shaped structure. When a mattress is installed to the bed frame structure having the bedhead frame, both sides of the mattress are just between upright sides and horizontal sides of the two vertical rods, thereby preventing the mattress from shifting.

Abstract: A projector is fixed on an electric bed and contains: a hollow body which includes a fixer, a projecting lamp, and a circuit board. The fixer is mounted on one end of the hollow body, and the projecting lamp and the circuit board are accommodated in the hollow body. The projector is fixed on one of two sides of the electric bed and is rotated relative to the electric bed, and the hollow body also includes an accommodation slot defined on one of two sides thereof and configured to house a clamper. A hollow cylinder is coupled with the projecting lamp and includes a recess formed on an intermediate section thereof and corresponding to the accommodation slot so as to accommodate the damper.

A ratio of loads applied to the shoulder bands and the waist band is changed in response to the load control unit being changed from the one posture of the first posture and the second posture to the other posture of the first posture and the second posture.

Abstract: The present invention provides a transparent window display apparatus, which includes a diffuser plate, in addition to a transparent display screen, a top plate, a back plate, a base and two side walls, the diffuser plate and the back plate form an angle and at least one light source is provided between the top plate and the diffuser plate. By adjusting the light source between the top plate and the diffuser plate, planar light is provided for both show of an exhibit and display of the transparent display screen simultaneously, dual purposes of window display and advertisement display can be achieved, and meanwhile, costs are saved and efficiency is improved.

A pair of longitudinal carrier arms are mounted to the longitudinal mounting arm and extend rearwardly and away from the longitudinal mounting arm and from each other. At least one hanger element is movably mounted to one of the pair of longitudinal carrier arms and extends away from the carrier arm. The hanger element is movable along a longitudinal length of the carrier arm. The hanger element provides for mounting articles thereto to be displayed.

Counters in an airport may be used, for example, for ticketing, check-in, and baggage drop off services. Some aspects of the disclosure provide a modular counter system including a counter comprising at least one counter section. Each counter section includes a respective upper panel comprising a respective work surface, and a respective equipment pedestal bay, below the upper panel, for receiving one or more respective portable equipment pedestals therein. The system may further include the one or more respective portable equipment pedestals for each counter section. Each portable equipment pedestal is receivable within the corresponding equipment pedestal bay. The portable equipment pedestals may be configured for a particular user and/or service and may be swapped with one or more other pedestals configured for a different user and/or service.

Abstract: An adjustable picture frame tool comprising a longitudinal device for housing slidable members at each end wherein the slidable members have the ability to expand and contract in length at both ends of the longitudinal device is disclosed. The longitudinal device and end slidable members each defines a plurality of center spaced holes along their longitudinal axis, respectively. In one preferred embodiment the holes are spaced a mm apart from each other. A clickable circular locking button is located in the middle of the longitudinal device that allows the slidable members to be locked in place to the longitudinal device. In use, a simple click or push of the center button locks the slidable members relative to the longitudinal device wherein a second click of the button and the slidable members can move either outwards or inwards.

Abstract: In one example, we describe a device for an efficient and compact rack system for knives and other kitchenware. This stylish design integrates: One or more (e.g., three) grinders, a cutting/chopping board, a tray, and a complete full size knife rack, as an example. All these kitchen tools are specifically designed to fit in the same space that a full-size knife rack normally takes. Many different variations are shown here, as well. For example, we have added a hollow space between the back board and front of the block, for big utensils or objects. We have also an option for a holder for books, pads, tablets, eye glasses, pens, notes, or smart phones. We have also an option for a holder for chopping board or plate or tray, on the back side.

Abstract: A straw/stirring/crushing device is provided. The straw/stirring/crushing device has a top, a bottom, a generally cylindrical shaft and a generally hollow interior. Located at the bottom of the straw/stirring/crushing device may be a generally flat base portion which may allow the straw/stirring/crushing device to stand upright. An opening at the bottom of the generally flat base portion may allow the device to intake a liquid while the device stands upright. A plurality of protrusions on the bottom of the generally flat base portion may allow the device to operate as a straw while resting at the bottom of a glass or cup. Further, the plurality of protrusions allow the device to act as a crusher for lemons, olives, ice or the like. In an embodiment, the device may have multiple openings for receiving a liquid located within a glass or cup.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a disposable food serving apparatus including a plurality of food holding compartments for holding a food item; a plurality of inclined sidewalls extended from periphery of the food holding compartment for secured holding of the food item; a rim surrounding the sidewalls of the food holding compartments for facilitating grasping of the disposable food serving apparatus; and at least one continuous perforated line for facilitating separation of the food holding compartments. The food holding compartments are separated by tearing apart said continuous perforated lines to form a plurality of small serving plates, thereby making the apparatus multi-purpose.

Abstract: Cleaning handheld utensils become more popular and varied over time in performing functions in the house, specifically in the toilet room and the kitchen. These utensils are commonly left throughout the kitchen countertop area. In many cases, the cleaning utensils are disposed in or above a container filled with soap or dishwashing liquid. Further, awareness to cleaning level of the cleanings utensils rises, especially when mounted on central spaces such as the kitchen countertop. Many times, hence, the cleaning utensils are placed in the sink. The cleaning utensils are usually placed upon the countertop, consuming expensive real estate in the kitchen and leaving a sticky mess to be cleaned. Holders for those cleaning utensils are often connected using a mechanism to a wall or to the sink. The mechanisms make the holders hard to be moved from one room to another, or from one space in the kitchen to another.

Abstract: Described is a hanger device and key holder. The key holder is coupled to the hanger device and includes a key ring for holding keys. The hanger device is configured for office use by coupling to the top of an office divider wall. The hanger device is both a coat hanger for hanging apparel and a key holder for holding keys. The hanger device has several common office use electronic devices integrated into the hanger device, such as a laser pointer, a remote access device, and a portable memory device. The hanger device has a battery to feed the included electronic devices and a display to provide data and information related to the electronic devices. The hanger device provides functions needed by office workers and helps keep items used by office workers from getting lost.

As is apparent from the above description, the cooking apparatus may be controlled according to a user's preferences by using the knob attachable to and detachable from the body of the cooking apparatus and may be more conveniently controlled by using the knob in several sides of the cooking apparatus rather than a limited space.

The coffee machine screen includes a first screen body arranged in a cylindrical shape extending upwardly and downwardly; and a second screen body arranged annularly, and an inner ring edge of the second screen body sealingly connected to a lower portion of the first screen body. The present invention can restrict the coffee particles from passing through the screen during the stirring of the coffee, thereby improving the quality of the coffee beverage.

Abstract: A barbeque grill scraper and related methods of use that utilize a scraping end formed of a heat-responsive material to remove char and other debris from the grilling surface. The grill scraper includes a conformable scraping edge formed of the heat-responsive material. As the conformable scraping edge is drawn back and forth along the heated grilling surface, a combination of pressure applied by a user as well as the heat of the grill surface results in the formation of individual grooves along the conformable scraping edge, wherein each groove is formed to match an upper profile of the grilling surface. Over time, the grooves fully conform to the upper profile of the grilling surface such that an entire cooking surface can be scraped clean of char and debris.

Abstract: A fryer apparatus includes a selectively closeable frypot to alternate a mechanism of operation between an open frying platform and a pressure frying platform. The selectively closeable frypot includes a cover with a locking mechanism disposed within the cover that is actuated by rotation of a handle such that the footprint of the selectively closeable frypot may be sized comparable with a typical open frypot to accommodate space constraints of limited service restaurants. The fryer apparatus may also include a pressure assist feature so that the selectively closeable frypot efficiently reaches a desired pressure for smaller batches of food product when used as a pressure frying platform.

A filter element is removably attached to the bottom wall of filter pan and extends in a lateral direction along a length of the fryer apparatus and may have two bends spaced laterally from each other. A plug may be attached to the filter element and an outlet passage attached to the plug and configured to discharge the cooking medium.

Abstract: A heat retentive server includes a chamber defined between an upper shell and a lower shell that are connected to one another. An induction-heatable member is positioned in the chamber, and the induction-heatable member may be heated by electromagnetic induction to a first temperature that is greater than the heat deflection temperature of the upper shell. Buffering material comprising an inhibitively conductive hydrophobic material is positioned in the chamber between the induction-heatable member and the upper shell, and the buffering material is adapted for providing predetermined conductive heat transfer from the induction-heatable member to the upper shell so that at least a portion of the upper shell is heated to a second temperature that is greater than the heat deflection temperature of the upper shell. The second temperature is less than the first temperature.

In a preferred aspect, the cutting surface includes a cutting layer and an indicator layer that underlies the cutting layer. Exposure of the indicator layer provides an indication as to degradation or use of the cutting layer and is indicative of desired replacement of the cutting surface. In a more preferred embodiment, respective cutting layers are associated with the generally opposite sides of the indicator layer such that the cutting surface is reversible.

In a preferred aspect, the cutting surface includes a cutting layer and an indicator layer that underlies the cutting layer. Abstract: A holder (10) for at least two toilet-paper rolls (12, 14) which are arranged one above the other and consist of a paper web (56) wound up on a sleeve (52, 54) or a shaft, having a first and a second wall (28, 30) which are arranged at a distance parallel to each other, wherein each of the walls (28, 30) has a guide (40, 42) for receiving one end each of the shaft or of a shaft journal, which can be received in an opening in the sleeve, wherein the guide (40, 42) has a substantially vertically running supply portion (40b) for supplying a toilet-paper roll (12, 14), the supply portion merging into an unrolling portion (40c) running at an inclination with respect to the vertical in the direction of at least one first tear-off element (60, 62) or a stop (72).
