Abstract: An article of footwear includes a sole having a main sole body and a plurality of projections extending from the main sole body. The plurality of projections includes a central row of projections extending generally along the longitudinal axis of the sole, a lateral row of projections on the lateral side of the sole, and a medial row of projections on the medial side of the sole. In one aspect, at least one of the projections in the central row of projections extends further from the main sole body in a vertical direction than adjacent projections in the lateral row of projections and the medial row of projections.

Abstract: An article of footwear may have an upper and a sole structure secured to the upper. The sole structure has a plurality of support elements, and each of the support elements include a shell and a core. The shell defines an interior void and is formed from a polymer material that extends around substantially all of the void. The core has a shape of the void and is located within the void, with at least a portion of the core being a polymer foam material. The polymer foam material of at least two of the support elements may have different densities.

Abstract: A simplified sole structure for a baseball spiked shoe can improve cushioning properties of a heel region of the sole structure and can enhance comfort when wearing the shoe. The baseball spiked shoe includes a first midsole of a soft elastic member that is disposed at a heel central portion of the shoe, a second midsole of a soft elastic member that is disposed around and outwardly e.g. horizontally away from the first midsole via a circumferential groove therebetween and that is integrated with or unitary as one unit with the first midsole, and an outsole plate of a hard elastic member that is disposed on lower surfaces of the first and second midsoles, that has a plurality of spikes fitted thereon, and that has a hardness greater than a respective hardness of each of the first and second midsoles.

The liner is squeezed by the enlarged portions of the inner core and defines a plurality of expanded sections and a plurality of recessed sections. Abstract: The present invention generally relates to therapeutic footwear such as sandals, conventional shoes, and corrective inserts that may be inserted into conventional shoes. Specifically, the therapeutic footwear may be used for maintaining, correcting, or repositioning the great toe to decrease pressure on the first metatarsal-phalangeal joint or bunion. Additional therapeutic features may include spreading of the wearer's toes, supporting the wearer's arch to control excessive pronation, and providing sustained heel cord stretch at rest, during ambulation, pedicure, and before, during, or after medical treatment.

The tip assembly enables the shaft of the walking aid to dynamically pivot without the loss of adherence of the lower portion to the floor surface and simultaneous provides the adaptive shock absorbing capability in any angle during ambulation.

Abstract: A retractable fitness towel holder includes an elongated flexible band for looping around a user's arm. A frame disposed on the band is held against the user's arm with a loop portion extending away from the user's arm. A retracting mechanism is biased to retract a cord coupled to the towel, and the towel is retractably suspended from the towel channel such that it extends through the loop portion and away from the holder. Pulling the towel through the loop portion and away from the frame, causes the cord to unspool from the retracting mechanism, and releasing the towel causes the retracting mechanism to re-spool the cord, thereby drawing the towel back through the loop portion to rest against the frame, holding the towel in place during exercise.

Abstract: Mattress assemblies are provided that make use of air bladders to provide a level of climate control to the mattress assemblies. The mattress assemblies include a body supporting portion having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, an air bladder positioned adjacent to the second surface of the body supporting portion, a frame portion including a bottom surface and a border defining a well for receiving the air bladder, and an air pump that is operably connected to a climate control system for delivering heated or cooled air into the air bladder.
