Additionally the wallet or an engaged stand component is configured to securely yet removably engage a computing device with a viewable screen such as a smartphone, and hold it an multiple angles while in an inclined position so as to be easily viewable by a user.

Each retainer forming a loop defining an opening, the openings adapted to receive therein a corner of a handheld electronic device. A tether is connected to and extending from the body. Abstract: A protective case for a portable computing device in accordance with one example includes a cavity in the case to be a plurality of electronic devices. Abstract: A water resistant device case includes a front and back assembly that mate to enclose an electronic device. The front assembly includes a rigid front frame, a touch screen cover bonded to the front frame, an inner bumper attached to the rigid front frame and an elastomeric main seal attached around a periphery of the rigid front frame. The back assembly includes a rigid back frame, an elastomeric over mold formed on an exterior of the back frame and an inner bumper attached to the rigid back frame. A snap tab attached to the rigid back frame mates with a snap hook on the front assembly to hold the front and back assemblies together when the device is enclosed within the case. A main water resistant seal is formed around a perimeter of the front and back assemblies by the elastomeric main seal on the front assembly being held against an inner surface of the rigid back frame.

Abstract: A card holder for holding bank cards and presenting them in a staggered fashion, said card holder comprising a housing, said housing comprising main walls and side walls so as to define a space for housing bank cards. It further comprises an element having a plurality of steps. With the present card holder, the element being resilient. One end of the card holder comprises a cut out for bringing the bank cards to a position where the element is pushed below the bank cards and from where gravity move the cards to the staggered position, the bank cards resting on the steps.

A flap is attached to the base and includes at least one button adapted to fit within at least one dimple of the second member. The second member of the base is rotatably moveable between a closed position, in which the flap fits within the second member of the base, and an open position, in which the projection of the second member fits into the slot of the first member of the base upon rotation of the second member toward the first member, forming a locking mechanism.

Abstract: A handle of a luggage includes a main member and two elastic members embedded in the main member. The main member has two hollow portions, each of which has a plurality of alternate spacers and recesses, and the elastic members pass through the spacers and the recesses and have opposite ends fixed to the main member. The main member is moved away from the surface of the case and the elastic members are deformed when a user holds the main member to lift the case, and the main member is moved to an initial position by the elastic members when the user releases the main member.

The cosmetic eyelid-reshaping tape includes wave-shaped protruding portions formed, so as to protrude, over the entire side edges of the tape-like member in the longitudinal direction.

Abstract: A wearable support assembly is provided which includes a belt strap configured to be secured about a user's hips/waist and a carrier frame which is pivotally attached to the belt strap at two pivot points which are spaced apart along the belt strap to create a substantially lateral pivot axis when the belt is worn by the user, where the relative position of the two pivot points can be adjusted with respect to the belt, the carrier frame is located behind the user when the support assembly is worn by the user and the carrier frame spans the distance between each pivot point on the belt strap with a gap separating the belt strap and the carrier frame.

Abstract: A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. The tool head can be a floor care tool or other accessory that can be attached to the handle such that the elongated length of the handle can aid in the use of the tool attached. The locking system includes a keyed locking collar for engaging at least a first portion of the tool head, and a locking cap rotatably positioned on the handle for engaging a second portion of the tool head. The handle can be extendable, such as by telescoping, and can also be overmolded.

An end portion of the locking plate includes elastic locking hooks, and the elastic locking hooks are arranged on the supporting platform. The brush head is replaceably installed on the supporting platform, and the brush head includes a brush head base and brush bristles. The brush head base includes a substrate and a surrounding plate extended from an edge of the substrate toward one side thereof, and the surrounding plate includes a locking slot for the elastic locking hook to lock thereon. The brush bristles are disposed on the substrate and extended away from the surrounding plate. Accordingly, the release of the locking and retrieval for disengagement of the brush head base are facilitated and the brush head base is firmly installed on the supporting platform.

The handle is configured to be secured within the handle connecting member such that its longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the push broom block in the push broom's use mode. An integrally molded, “U” shaped strap is also provided to support and brace the handle in its various modes.

Abstract: A mounting assembly 100 for mounting a roller brush 12 onto a cleaning apparatus includes a mounting flange 102 and an end cap 104 interconnected together by extension springs 176 spanning therebetween. An idle shaft 106 is slidably mounted in the mounting flange 102 by a bearing interface 108. The distal end of the idle shaft 106 is fixed to the end cap 104 so that the springs 176 that urge the end cap 104 into engagement with the mounting flange 102 also bias the idle shaft to extend forwardly of the mounting flange while also permitting the idle shaft to retract to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the roller brush with the mounting assembly 100. The bearing interface 108 is designed to permit the projecting proximal end of the idle shaft to tilt upwardly to facilitate engagement with and disengagement from the roller brush 12.

First and second upright members are attached to the top side and spaced apart to define an opening. The adjustable member is adjustable to urge the first and second clamp faces toward each other to apply a compressive force to first and second upright members and thereby hold a vertical position of the clamp. Abstract: A single direction gas permeable protective covering material for protecting solid stone surface countertop materials is provided. The protective covering material includes a core layer which is formed as an elongate thin sheet of material having uniform thickness. The protective covering material also includes an outer protective layer attached to a first side of the core layer and a dual layer adhesive system attached to a second side of the core layer. The protective covering material includes cone shaped pores therethrough that are gas permeable to allow for out-gassing of stone countertop materials. The protective covering material is designed to be permanently attached to a porous stone countertop material with the dual layer adhesive system to protect the countertop material from damage during daily use.

Abstract: An axial and compressive load support assembly for supporting an axial load and longitudinal compression provides axial load and compressive support for a seat and a load. The assembly provides support through a vertical polyhedron member with radially extending L-shaped legs that from an obtuse angle. The polyhedron member bears an axial load, such as the seat and a load. A plurality of struts extend between the legs and the polyhedron member at an angle. The struts resist longitudinal compression by providing outwards-facing support in a lengthwise direction. A crossbar extends between the strut and the legs. The crossbar is defined by apertures configured to align with the fastening holes in the polyhedron member and enable passage of at least one fastener for detachably fastening the connected legs, struts, and crossbars to the polyhedron member. A wooden extension can be integrated into the second rod of the legs.

Abstract: Provided is a headrest folding apparatus. An oblique face is formed on a support for supporting a headrest. When the headrest is in an upright position, the oblique face comes into contact with a first member. The headrest folding apparatus prevents a loose gap from occurring in an upright state, simplifies components to be made compact, and allows a seat to be easily assembled and a manufacturing cost to be cut down.

Abstract: A sofa bed with a seat back assembly, seat, side frame assembly and lock and release member. The side frame assembly includes a side frame and a link assembly connected to the side frame. The link assembly moves between a first position and a second position to allow for conversion of the sofa bed between a sofa position and a bed position. The lock and release mechanism locks the link assembly in place.

The head support comprises a body of compliant material whose shape provides a forehead support region, at least one further support region for supporting a lower portion of the patient's face, and a void which accommodates the patient's eyes, nose and mouth in use. Abstract: An apparatus for holding a bed sheet, either flat or fitted, in place includes a flexible, non-elastic pad and attached strap. A clip on the end of the strap engages the corner or side of the bed sheet, and the flexible pad is slid beneath the mattress to hold the sheet in place. When force is exerted onto the pad due to pulling of the pad resulting from sheet movement, the flexible pad folds upon itself, thereby providing resistance to prevent the pad from being pulled from beneath the mattress. As the force on the pad increases the degree of folding increases, such that the pad self-adjusts to provide the necessary degree of resistance to hold the sheet in place.

The pillow includes first and second side portions that surround a cavity that is sized and shaped to receive the shoulders and torso of the baby. The side portions support a baby's arms.

Abstract: A bin is slidably mounted on an attachment piece for mounting of the bin on a pegboard. The bin includes rod portions inter-engaging with two U-shaped arms located on the attachment piece. The bin is slidable at least three quarters of an inch from side to side with the rod frictionally engaging the U-shaped arms of the attachment piece.

Abstract: Mobile folding restaurant booth style benches are provided, which may be arranged in opposed pairs to form restaurant style booths. An individual bench incorporates a mechanism for shifting the weight of the bench between a mobile base, which may be supported by swivel casters, and a stationary base, which may be supported by non-slip feet, actuated by pivoting a bench seat down from a folded storage position to an unfolded seating position. The weight shifting mechanism may include an engagement member, which is initially spaced apart from an actuator at a folded angle of the seat, and which contacts and begins transmitting force and movement to the actuator at a partially unfolded angle of the seat.

Abstract: The disclosed “Quilt” is in two “Parts”, each Part having a level of insulation which is independent of the other Part. For example, one “Part” can be extremely warm, and the other “Part” can be extremely cool. Both “Parts” can then be joined together to form a “Quilt”. When juxtaposed the two separate “Parts” of the “Quilt”, are a reverse image of each other, sharing both Negative and Positive componentry of a joiner. In this instance a Hook and Loop fastener is sewn into the joining “Channel Wall” of each “Part”. The Hook Fastener tape is sewn along one half of the edge of the joining “Channel Wall” to the middle of the “Channel Wall”, and the other half of the joining “Channel Wall” is sewn with a Loop Fastener tape. This arrangement permits both “Parts” can be purchased separately, and joined together allowing the individual to choose their own level of thermal resistance independently, while still being joined up with another individual's chosen thermal resistance.

Abstract: A method of updating existing screen printing or other manufacturing processing in order to generate sheets and other bedding with marking indicators for proper alignment of the covering on a mattress, and the covering as produced. For a top sheet it would be marked along the top edge of the sheet as well as the body of the sheet which contacts the corners of the mattress at the foot of the bed, and for a fitted bottom sheet the markings would occur at each corner of the sheet which is associated with a corner of the mattress. Optional side indicators located between the corner indicators may also be included. The purpose is to provide a quick and easy identifier for locating the corners of the mattress with the sheet so that the sheet is quickly and easily placed symmetrically upon the mattress the first time.

In the invention, a series of components are mounted on top of each other, whereby wine poured from a bottle flows in sequential order, by force of gravity, through these components until it flows into glasses to be served to consumers. The structure of these components is such that each component enhances exposure to air and maximum oxygenation of the wine flowing through it.

Abstract: A drinking straw device capable of ionizing, filtering, and/or flavoring water as well as tracking a user's water intake. The device may be generally straw-shaped and may have an ionizer component, an internal carbon filter, and/or a flavoring compartment for housing a flavoring component. The device may further have an intake tracking device, such as an internal impeller that spins as fluid is drawn through the device. The device may track the number of time the impeller spins, and thus the amount of fluid that has passed through the device, and may transmit that information to a software application on a smartphone or other device. A user may thus ionize, filter, and flavor his or her water while tracking his or her water intake throughout the day.
