An overall air inlet of the sirocco fan is disposed on the first scroll plate and a central line of the air outlet of the adapter is offset towards the second scroll plate. The present invention is advantageous in that no turbulence is generated at the adapter and the wind amount of the ventilating fan is thus ensured and noise is reduced. Therefore, the present invention can provide a small air blowing device with high efficiency and improve stability of performance of the product.

A model total pressure ratio is determined from the actual total pressure ratio and the capacity factor. A reduced desired speed for each compressor is determined as a function value of the control function associated with the respective compressor. The control function assigns a reduced desired speed to each value pair of capacity factor and model total pressure ratio and is used to adjust the speed of each compressor.

The clip is bent to form an S-shape, wherein the first strip, the second strip, and the third strip are aligned one with another, and the three holes are aligned one with another. The spring fastener clip further includes a hook extending from the second strip to the first strip and including a tab proximate the first hole. When a substrate is disposed between the first and second strips, the tab hooks over an edge of the substrate and resists flexing of the clip on installation of a fastener.

The driveshaft can also have a clamp at the splint to inhibit axial slipping at the spline connection.
