Patent number: 10070595Abstract: In the case of a drip irrigation tube the dosing elements which are inserted therein and are connected to the walling of the drip irrigation tube each comprise inlet regions, dosing regions and outlet regions, through which the water issues out of the drip irrigation tube via outlet openings installed in the tube walling. The outlet openings are in the form of a slit, the edge regions of the slit are supported by supporting means in such a manner as to limit bending of the edge regions of the slit towards the dosing elements. As a consequence, when negative pressure prevails in the tube contaminants are prevented from being able to penetrate through the slits into the dosing elements and block same.Type: GrantFiled: November 3, 2015Date of Patent: September 11, 2018Assignee: THE MACHINES YVONAND S.A.Inventors: Ahai Loebinger, Eberhard Kertscher

Patent number: 10070597Abstract: A system for controlling the operation of a moving irrigation system lengthens the period of the on-and-off cycle specified by the speed timer to drive the pivot arm assembly. This reduces the frequency of the on-and-off cycles and thereby reduces wear and tear on the drive components. To modify the cycle period, a processor determines a modified on-time and a modified off-time having the same ratio of on-time to off-time as the speed timer to maintain the same average speed for the pivot arm assembly. The processor then controls operation of the pivot arm assembly to move in an on-and-off manner using the modified on-time and modified off-time.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2015Date of Patent: September 11, 2018Assignee: Precision Circle, LLCInventors: Gerald L. Patent number: 10070635Abstract: A process where materials are applied to a fishing lure surface, producing a lure that possesses chromatic vicissitude as a result of water temperature fluctuations. A non-thermochromatic base layer of one or more colors is applied to the fishing lure. This layer acts as the visual appearance of the fishing lure in the absence of temperature fluctuations. Clear extender is then used as an additive to the thermochromatic ink. This addition to the ink then allows the ink to be sprayed onto the surface of the lure. This ink-extender amalgam can be applied in multiple layers however the bottom layer must have the least amount of hue saturation. Each layer thereafter would increase in hue saturation. Multiple hue combinations can be utilized. Patent number: 10070640Abstract: A termite barrier seal including a hollow seal body having a wall surrounding an axial bore extending from an insertion end to a surface end. A closure formation is located about the surface end for engagement with a closure for the orifice of the bore at the surface end of the seal body. A one-way valve at or intermediate the insertion end and the surface end of the seal body, the one-way valve arranged to permit liquid flow through the axial bore, but to prevent liquid flow to the surface end. An external seal about the seal body for sealing the wall of the seal body against the internal surface of a hole drilled through a concrete slab. An internal seal engages the seal body for sealing the wall against an external face of an injector when inserted into the bore of the seal body.Type: GrantFiled: September 11, 2012Date of Patent: September 11, 2018Assignee: CHAZANE PTY LTDInventors: Zane Archer, Neil Ashley Archer

Patent number: 10070641Abstract: A device and method for positioning a coil spring actuated body grip trap on a pole. A strip of material having an aperture therethrough through is inserted between adjacent coils of the coil spring of a coil spring actuated body grip trap so that the aperture of the strip of material extends from the coils. A pole is driven into the ground, the pole having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the aperture of the strip of material. The aperture of the strip of material is slid onto the pole so that the body grip trap is at a desired position on the pole so that the aperture of the strip of material jam-locks on the pole by the weight of the trap.Type: GrantFiled: May 20, 2016Date of Patent: September 11, 2018Inventor: Jeffry Stewart Hagerty
