A slider activates and deactivates engagement and is engaged to the male element such to slide along the axis of insertion of the male element inside the female element. The relative motion between the activation/deactivation slider and the male element is transmitted to first removable locking members, belonging to the male element and cooperating with corresponding second locking members belonging to the female element, such to pass from a stable locking condition to a stable release condition of the male and female elements via a movement of the slider along the axis of insertion.

Abstract: A slider for an article of jewelry is disclosed. The slider includes a body defining a securing channel and a sliding channel. The slider also includes a securing flap extending from the body and configured to be pressed from a first position to a second position such that the securing flap is pressed at least partially into the securing channel to restrain the band when the band is disposed therein. Articles of jewelry utilizing such sliders are also disclosed herein.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to a portable work surface system for carry-on cases. In one embodiment, the system includes one or more work surfaces in the form of tables that may be removably secured to all types of carry-on cases. Each work surface forming part of the system is not only universal in its coupling to existing carry-on cases, but is also substantially dimensioned and stable enough to support various types of electronic devices, such as a portable computer, mouse, keyboards, etc. The work surface system may be adapted for use with a hard drive carry-on case having pull-out handles and wheels and configured to store a hard disk system for use in film production, for example. Additional alternative embodiments are proposed to accommodate different needs and types of uses.

The organizer includes a built-in compartment and a plurality of removable foldable compartments. The organizer can be stored within the outer container and covered by an outer flap. The compartments can stack and fold onto each other and can fold into and out of the outer container. The compartments can be removably attached to each other. The compartments can be modular such that the organizer can be configured to include any desired number of compartments. The compartments of the organizer can unfold, deploy, and extend from the outer container. The overhead luggage bag can include one or more easy-access portals through which contents of the luggage bag can be conveniently accessed without fully opening the luggage bag.

Abstract: A bag assembly comprising of any number of detachable and re-attachable, wedge-shaped, independent, bag segments, that when collectively joined together, form a pumpkin-shape. The wedge-shaped, independent bag segments can be joined, at their top ends and their bottom ends, by each attaching to a detachable rings at the top and the bottom. An inner pocket is included within each of the wedge-shaped, independent, bag segments. One or more detachable shoulder or hand straps can be applied and connect at either of the ends of the bag assembly for carrying purposes, or the strap can be attached directly to the bag segment. The detachable rings also serve as quick grab handles. Each of the wedge-shaped, independent bag segments have an exterior access entry.

Abstract: The luggage lighting system includes a piece of luggage and a lighting module coupled to the luggage. In some embodiments, the lighting module is a fiber-optic lighting module. The luggage includes an outer surface, and the lighting module includes a light diffuser coupled to the outer surface. In some embodiments, the light diffuser is a fiber-optic light diffuser. The lighting module also includes a light source, such as a laser or a light emitting diode (LED). When the light source is powered on, the output light is directed through the light diffuser. The light diffuser is configured to output single or multiple colors of light, easily observed by someone looking at the luggage. The luggage lighting system is particularly useful for identifying one's luggage from surrounding pieces of luggage lacking the luggage lighting system.

In an embodiment, the opening of the container causes a magnet to move away from a magnetic switch, which closes a circuit and activates a light that illuminates the interior of the container. In an embodiment, a magnetic switch, light, and battery may be incorporated into a detachable unit that is attached to one side of the opening of a container. A second magnetic detachable unit attached to the other side of the opening may cooperate with the first unit to activate the light when the container is opened.

Abstract: A container for storing a set of oral care tools in which multiple oral care tools are removably connected to connecting portion. When mounting the wooden cabinet, the front positioning rod of the inner sliding rail is locked by the latch block while the rear positioning rod is located in the rear positioning block and the latch devices engage the bottom locating frame.

The foldable frame is also is configured to support at least one shelf.
