Abstract: An apparatus for securing a package includes a flexible tear-resistant bag and an anchor system for securing the bag to a substrate. The bag includes a receptacle defining a package receiving space and a closure mechanism connected to the receptacle for selectively closing the receptacle. The anchor assembly includes a housing, a fastener, and an anchor securable to the substrate. The housing may be positioned in the package receiving space with the fastener extending through the housing and the receptacle and matingly received in the anchor. A door of the housing may be secured in a closed position to limit access to the fastener. In some embodiments, the bag of the apparatus may also be provided with an alarm system so if an unauthorized entry is attempted by cutting the tear-resistant bag the alarm system will emit an alerting signal.

Abstract: A cannabis grinder includes a pair of square-cuboid-shaped body portions and a pair of grinding assemblies. One of the body portions has one of the grinding assemblies recessed in a substantially square face thereof. The other grinding assembly extends from a substantially square face of the other body portion. The grinding assemblies have teeth that are arranged to allow relative rotation of the grinding assemblies without interference between the teeth. Corners of a body portions proximate the grinding assembly are shaped to avoid striking digits of a user gripping the body portions during the relative rotation. Various methods of manufacturing and using such a grinder are also described.

Abstract: Herbs are commonly used and consumed in ground form. Depending on, for example, the size, shape, and type of herb or the desired application, the appropriate form of the ground herb may vary. An herb grinder with an adjustment plate for grinding an herb to multiple ground forms is described herein. Such a disclosure is advantageous over traditional herb grinders at least in that it reduces unnecessary clutter and operational inefficiencies by having one herb grinder configured to grind an herb into multiple forms.

The bracket includes a scrape bar positioned above the support to level food within a serving implement. The scrape bar can also be used as a handle to carry, insert, and/or remove the food container from a steam table. The scrape bar can be adjustable relative to the support to position the scrape bar at varying heights. Such food portioning systems can be used to support a food container within a food well or on a countertop.

Abstract: Systems and methods employing a small gauge steerable catheter including a locatable guide with a sheath, particularly as an enhancement to a bronchoscope. A typical procedure is as follows. The location of a target in a reference coordinate system is detected or imported. The catheter is navigated to the target which tracking the distal tip of the guide in the reference coordinate system. Insertion of the catheter is typically via a working channel of a convention bronchoscope. Once the tip of the catheter is positioned at the target, the guide is withdrawn, leaving the sheath secured in place. The sheath is then used as a guide channel to direct a medical tool to target.
