Abstract: A hybridoma cell line of secreting clarithromycin monoclonal antibodies with a preservation number of hybridoma cell line of CGMCC No. 14696 belongs to the field of food safety immunological detection. BALB/c mice are immunized through one time immunization with complete freund's adjuvant, three times of booster immunization with incomplete freund's adjuvant and one time of rush immunization with clarithromycin complete antigen without adjuvant; the spleen cells from BALB/C mice immunized with high potency and low value of IC50 are fused with murine myeloma cells; and then the hybridoma cell line is obtained through indirect competitive ELISA screening and three subclones. The monoclonal antibody secreted by this cell line has good specificity and detection sensitivity to clarithromycin (value of IC50 is 0.3 ng/ml), being suitable for detection of clarithromycin in food.

Abstract: Disclosed are a bifunctional peptide having the capability to permeate cells and the capability to regenerate muscles and the use thereof. Advantageously, the bifunctional peptide has a function of regenerating muscle cells and thus is useful for the prevention or treatment of diseases affecting muscle regeneration, and additionally has the capability to permeate cells and thus eliminates the necessity to adhere an additional peptide or add other agent or drug for cell permeation of the peptide, thereby finally exerting an efficient muscle generation effect. Thus, the bifunctional peptide can be easily applied to various surgical regenerative treatments and can shorten the treatment period.

Abstract: Disclosed are a fluorine-silicon-containing polyphosphate ester and method for preparation thereof, having a chemical structural formula of: wherein R 1 is R 2 is n=10˜100. The fluorine-silicon-containing polyphosphate ester of the present invention uses silicon phosphorus and fluorine for improving flame retardancy. Phosphorus catalyzes the system to form a phosphorus-rich carbon layer, performing a protective-layer function and thereby preventing further breakdown of the epoxy resin. The silicon-containing epoxy resin forms a silica-containing carbon layer during the process of combustion, strengthening the carbon-layer structure and further improving the protective function of the carbon-layer. The introduction of elemental fluorine improves the thermal stability of the epoxy resin, thereby improving the flame retardancy performance of the system.

Abstract: This invention relates to a process of making a fiber-reinforced composite. Glass fibers may be provided. These glass fibers may be treated with a sizing composition that has a coupling-activator compound with the formula: S-X-(A)n, where S represents a silicon-containing coupling moiety capable of bonding to the surface of glass fibers, X represents a linking moiety, and (A)n, represents one or more polymerization activator moieties. The treated glass fibers may be combined with a resin to make a fiber-resin mixture. The resin may have a monomer, a catalyst, and an activator compound capable of initiating a polymerization of the monomer. The monomer may be a lactam or lactone having 3-12 carbon atoms in the main ring. The fiber-resin mixture may then be cured so that the monomer polymerizes to form a thermoplastic polymer matrix of the fiber-reinforced composite. The thermoplastic polymer matrix may be formed by in situ polymerization initiated from both the surface of the glass fibers and the resin.
