  • Patent number: 10422154
Abstract: Aspects are directed to a collapsible privacy structure that has a low profile when in an un-deployed state to preserve the sight lines of observers. The collapsible privacy structure may then be deployed causing a canopy structure to extend upwardly forming an internal volume that provides privacy and seclusion to the user of the structure. The internal volume may be used for a bathroom, a shower, a medical evaluation/treatment space, and/or a changing space. Upon the departure of the user from the internal volume, the collapsible privacy structure may return to the low-profile nature provided by the un-deployed state.

  • Patent number: 10422156
Abstract: Column and panel concrete fence systems and related methods of construction. Such a method may include placing posts into respective concrete footings, and attaching a 4-arm bracket to each post. The concrete column may be provided in two initially separate portions e.g., each corresponding to a “front” or “back” face of the fence. One of the portions (e.g., corresponding to the front or back of the fence) is attached to a given post, supported on one lateral arm of each bracket. The concrete panel may then be advanced into place, and the other portion of the column is attached to the post, over the first column portion that was already attached to the post. The 2nd portion of the concrete panel is supported on the other lateral arm of the brackets. The panel itself is supported on a middle arm of the bracket, between the lateral column-supporting arms.

  • Patent number: 10422158
Abstract: A replaceable antimicrobial system for providing a replaceable antimicrobial surface to inhibit and reduce microorganism growth on a surface. The replaceable antimicrobial system generally includes providing an antimicrobial cover, positioning the antimicrobial cover upon an object such as a handle, and securing the antimicrobial cover to the object or removably affixing the antimicrobial cover with adhesive. The securing of the antimicrobial cover is accomplished by heat shrinking the antimicrobial cover upon the object. Alternatively, the securing of the antimicrobial cover is accomplished by an adhesive backing attached to the antimicrobial cover. After a period of time of usage where the antimicrobial cover loses its effectiveness to inhibit microorganisms, the antimicrobial cover is removed and a replaced with a new antimicrobial cover.

  • Patent number: 10422161
Abstract: A magnetic lock has a barrel and keyway, the barrel when rotated unlocking the lock. Locking element cavities each contain a moveable locking element such as a ball, movable in response to a magnetic field applied by a magnetic key. A locking bar is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The locking bar has coded projections which extend into the respective locking element cavities when the locking bar moves from the locked position to the unlocked position. A code plate is shaped in registration with the coded projections. When the locking bar is in the locked position the code plate and the coded projections form a substantially uninterrupted surface. The locking elements prevent movement of the locking bar from the locked position to the unlocked position except when magnetically moved to a coded position.

Abstract: A dual circulation fluid hammer drilling system (10) has a fluid hammer (12) which is coupled to a drill string (14). The system (10) utilizes a first fluid (16) and a second fluid (18). The first fluid (16) is delivered through the drill string (14) to drive or otherwise power the fluid hammer (12). The second fluid (18) is also delivered through the drill string (14) but in isolation of the first fluid (16) so they do not mix within the drill string (14). The second fluid (18) passes through a hammer bit (38) of the hammer drill (12) and is directed to flow out from a bit face (20). Thus when the system (10) is in use the second fluid (18) will flow across the bit face (20). The first fluid (16) also exits the drilling system (10) at the hammer drill (12). However the first fluid (16) exits upstream or up-hole of the bit face (20).
