Abstract: The present invention relates to a helmet that includes an outer shell, a heads-up information system that comprises a display, and an attachment assembly. The heads-up information system is movable from a storage position within the outer shell to a use position in which the display of the heads-up information system is visible by a user, without obstructing the field of vision of the user, when the helmet is worn by the user. The attachment assembly is coupled to outer shell and the heads-up information system, and is operable to move the heads-up information system between the storage position and the use position.

Abstract: A pliable padded thermal safety helmet that conforms to a patient's head. The helmet has an exterior layer that protects a patient from impact injuries, and has an interior surface that secures removable thermal packs that provide hot or cold therapy depending on the treatment intended for an injury, infection, etc. The thermal packs are removably attached to the inside surface of the thermal safety helmet, via hook and loop material, at any desired location inside the thermal safety helmet to provide heat or cold to specific areas of a patient's head.

Abstract: A helmet may be worn on a head of a wearer having a shape and a contour. The helmet may have a plurality of layers coupled together including an energy management layer and an outer shell layer disposed over the energy management layer. The plurality of layers are integrally formed with one another, and the energy management layer is configured to absorb and dissipate energy received by the helmet during an impact by an external force. The outer shell layer is configured to disperse and dissipate impact energy from the external force. Each of the plurality of layers has a density and a geometry, and the density or geometry of at least one layer differs from the density or geometry of at least another layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a smart belt including: a belt body; a belt buckle provided on the belt body; a GPS positioning mechanism for generating a traveling direction; and a rotatable direction indication mechanism for indicating the traveling direction; a drive mechanism for driving the direction indication mechanism to rotate to indicate the traveling direction according to the traveling direction given by the GPS positioning mechanism; and a light source used to project the traveling direction indicated by the direction indication mechanism onto the road surface. Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning and styling a user's hair is described herein. The apparatus applies negative pressure on a user's hair and/or scalp to remove dirt and debris. The apparatus permits a user to clean his or her hair without applying potentially damaging cleaning products. In one embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is comprised of hinging plates that may be opened to place hair within the plates. Negative pressure, which may be generated by motors, may be generated and delivered to the surface of the apparatus where hair meets the plates. The application of negative pressure cleans the portion of hair and/or scalp that is placed within the plates.

Abstract: This invention is directed toward an applicator used for evenly spreading a cream from a tube to which the applicator is attached. The applicator has a base unit that fits over the opening in the tube of cream and directs the cream through a hole in applicator unit, which is the upper part of the invention. The applicator unit has a spreader, which evenly distributes the cream onto a non-planar surface. The spreader is made from flexible, resilient material, and has a tip and wings that emanate out from the hole in the top of the spreader. When the applicator is used to spread cream in a crevice, the tip retains any excess cream behind it, and the wings bend back and evenly spread the cream along the sides of the crevice. The wings have side bevels that remove any sharp edges on the wings.
