The assemble provides structural support to a user's buttocks and spine while the user rests in a sitting position for a prolonged period of time. The cushioning assembly provides a firm rectangular cushion and a firm circular cushion comprising a high-density foam. The cushions detachably mate in a perpendicular disposition via magnets within the cushions. The position of the rectangular cushion and circular cushion can be rearranged to provide support for either the buttocks or spine, depending on the dimensions and comfort of the user.

Abstract: A long synthetic resin foam body composed of a thermoplastic resin expanded beads-molded substrate and a frame having displacement regulating sections provided at both ends in the longitudinal or lateral direction of the substrate and a connecting section that connects the displacement regulating sections to each other. Abstract: A comfort layer for a bedding or seating product has slow-acting pockets characterized by the individual springs of the comfort layer being pocketed with either semi-impermeable or impermeable fabric. Each seam joining opposed plies of fabric around each of the coil springs of the comfort layer may be segmented, allowing air to flow between the segments, thereby increasing the luxury “feel” of the comfort layer. The method of making the comfort layer includes compressing the springs and creating pockets with a welding horn and an anvil.

Abstract: An easily storable, flat neck support device for sleeping is described herein. The neck support device consists of flat, rigid panels in geographic shapes enclosed in a fabric. The fabric has fasteners. The shapes are arranged so that the folding of the fabric allows the fasteners to hold the shapes in place, forming a structure the holds a user's head in place to allow for rest or sleep, for instance when traveling on an airplane.

Abstract: A portable deployable stanchion assists a seated individual. The stanchion includes an elongate arcuate support base shaped and dimensioned to extend from the heel along the rear of the ankle and at least a portion of the calf of an individual. A first telescoping member is pivotally attached to the support base. A second articulating support member is attached to the support base and to the telescoping member. The telescoping member when deployed has a length in the range of twelve to twenty-four inches.

Abstract: The present invention provides an elevated foot support stand comprising a telescopic leg supported on ground by three leg supports and providing a platform fixed to the telescopic leg at top end thereof. The telescopic leg allows for adjusting the height of the platform above the ground. The leg supports are foldable for convenient storage of the foot support stand assembly. Further, the platform can be articulated with respect to the telescopic leg for adjusting angle thereof, and for folding during storage. The foot support stand can be used to support the foot while performing a pedicure, shaving one's legs or applying medication to the foot among other things.

Abstract: Methods and devices for reading a memory cell using multi-stage memory sensing are described. The memory cell may be coupled to a digit line after the digit line during a read operation. A transistor may be activated to couple an amplifier capacitor with the digit line during the read operation. The transistor may be deactivated for a portion of the read operation to isolate the amplifier capacitor from the digit line while the memory cell is coupled to the digit line. The transistor may be reactivated to recouple the amplifier capacitor to the digit line to help determine the value of the memory cell.

Abstract: A temperature modulation system for a bed, blanket, or other furniture includes a fluid for moderating temperature change, a number of conduit circuits for directing the fluid through respective zones, a control unit including a thermoelectric device for modulating temperature of the fluid, and a pump. Each of the conduit circuits selectively and independently directs fluid through its respective zone in order to produce a temperature within the zone that is independent of the temperature outside the zone. The system also includes an arrangement of one or more zones in an arrangement in which the control unit is programmed to vary the zone temperature over time according to a schedule.

The central opening can be sized and shaped to allow a user to access a portion of a seat, such as a media device, through the central opening.
