Abstract: An improved baby carrier is disclosed that includes a support frame coupled to a seating assembly though a suspension mechanism to provide weight support for a baby or toddler. The baby carrier includes an attachment harness worn by an adult to provide non-slip coupling between the baby carrier and the adult. The baby carrier also includes a semi-rigid coupling between the seat and harness assembly, a seat height adjustment capability, a sturdy support frame configuration, and a braking system. The baby carrier is a structurally stable device, and during use, significantly reduces the load of carrying the baby or toddler on the adult. Further, the baby carrier can have a compact size in a “stowed mode” for mobility, and can be used to meet a variety of user needs and carrying scenarios.

Abstract: A dual-wrap child carrying system is configured to be worn by a person for carrying a child. The system includes a dual-wrap garment and a child support configured to releasably attach to the dual-wrap garment. The dual-wrap garment includes a primary wrap, a number of stays positioned in a back segment of the primary wrap for flexible support, and a secondary wrap. The primary wrap is configured to encircle the person and secure at a front side of the person. The secondary wrap includes a stretchable textile having a higher elasticity than a material of the primary wrap and is configured to encircle the person over the primary wrap and secure at the front side of the person.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a refrigerated display case for maintaining food freshness and improving food safety while reducing the possibility of spoilage and reducing the labor otherwise required for cleaning a standard case where contaminates commonly accumulate. This structure improves humidity levels by avoiding condensation on lower coils while reducing the complexity of adequately cleaning the case and maintaining food safety. Elimination of this hidden cavity reduces cleaning time. The disclosure employs a removable floor assembly or chilled floor component which may be employed in gravity cases or forced air cases. The removable assembly comprises encased cooling coils which may be foamed in or otherwise secured therein. The floor assembly is removable, making the floor and cooling system an integrated and replaceable component. The novel case further incorporates accessible expansion valves which may be adjusted without removing the food product from the case.

Abstract: An improved display bar assembly, for the cantilever support of product dispensing trays. A rectangular display bar, is supported by spaced apart, flat mounting brackets on which mounting hooks are located in the primary plane of the bracket, and openings for reception of the display bar are offset axially inward from that plane enabling the recessed accommodation of flanged retaining plugs at opposite ends of the bar. The flanges of the retaining plugs have axially extending abutment walls which overlap outer walls of the display bar and engage offset surfaces of the bracket. The abutment walls overlap display bar walls on two opposing sides only, enabling the retaining plugs to be molded with transverse friction fins. This in turn enables the use of readily available, inexpensive grades of light gauge (e.g., 16 gauge) steel tubing of greater height than width (e.g., 1×1.5 inch) for the display bars.

Abstract: A shoe tree comprises a vertical trunk member with a handle. Multiple horizontal branches are spaced along a span of the trunk, in various possible configurations. The horizontal branch has a rigid portion that extends in a generally perpendicular manner from the vertical trunk member. The handle allows the shoe tree to be easily slid under, and retrieved from under, a bed. The horizontal branch also has a rotatable portion on each end that extends from an end of the horizontal branch on one end and is connected by a living hinge. In operation, a shoe bag slides onto the rotatable portion and is then locked into place. When locked into place, the overall space consumed by the shoe tree is much smaller.

Abstract: The preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a wall hanging apparatus allowing removable fixation of an object, such as a board, to a structure and allowing a user rapidly adjust the angular orientation of the object in relation to the wall. More specifically, embodiments of the present invention relate to a wall hanging apparatus allowing modular mounting and reconfigurability of boards.

Abstract: A lid assembly adapted to be removably secured to a container includes a base portion having a fluid aperture, and a ridge portion extends from a top surface of the base portion. A button member is coupled to the base portion, and depressing the button member from a closed position to an open position displaces a seal member of a seal assembly away from the fluid aperture so that fluids may pass from the interior of the container through the fluid aperture. A locking assembly includes a cover portion coupled to the base portion, and when the cover portion is in a locked position, an engagement portion engages a recess on the button member to prevent displacement out of the closed position. When the cover portion is rotated into an unlocked position, the engagement portion disengages the recess, thus allowing the button member to displace to the open position.

A rotatable mail deposit includes a mail delivery door and an inner panel affixed on a proximate end at an angle to a bottom of the mail delivery door, and is pivotably attached to the front side of the housing. A mail slot is formed as an opening within a front surface of the housing when the rotatable mail deposit is in a fully open position allowing mail to be deposited through the opening over each of the inner panel and the safety arm. A mail retrieval door is located below the rotatable mail deposit and is pivotably attached to the front side of the housing.

A combination lock is coupled to the door and the combination lock releasably engages the storage unit when the door closes the box. Abstract: A food processing device, comprising a bowl with a lid, the lid is provided with a food feed tube. The device also has a spiral cutting means provided at the top of the bowl such that as food enters the bowl via the food feed tube it is cut into continuous ribbons or strips. The spiral cutting means comprises a spiral cutter disc base having a disc-set with a plurality of different types of spiral cutting discs, each of which can be separately aligned with the food feed tube to cut the food into a different shaped continuous ribbon or strip. By rotating the spiral cutter disc base the user can line up a first cutting disc with the food feed tube, make some food cuts, then turn the spiral cutter disc base so that a second cutter disk is lined up with the feed tube and then make a different food cut. In this way the user can cut food into different sizes of ribbon, spaghetti, etc. to achieve a superior presentation of food (e.g. fruits and vegetables).

Abstract: A fail-safe water saving shower enclosure system includes a showerhead, shower faucet, power adapter, an active infrared sensor, electromagnetic activated fluid valve and shower walls. The infrared sensor installed on one shower wall aims at the opposite shower wall that has the showerhead. The enclosure is electronically partitioned into a restrictive flow zone and free flow zones. When a bather is not present within the restrictive flow zone, the showerhead flows at a free flow rate set at the shower faucet. When the bather does not need water, he simply moves towards the restrictive flow zone. The sensor signals the normally open electromagnetic valve to shut off water from reaching the showerhead. The free flow of water resumes when the bather moves towards the showerhead. The showerhead always receives a full flow of water without the presence of a bather, despite a failure of the disclosed components or power loss.
