Abstract: The invention is an article of headwear that incorporates a hair compression system and adjustment system for compressing one or more sections of a wearer's hair. The headwear may be formed of a crown, a compression system, and an adjustment system. The compression system includes one or more stretchable materials that form the inner layer of the crown. The compression system may compress along a horizontal, diagonal and/or vertical plane of the head of a wearer. The compression system is attached to an adjustment system often at the back of the headwear which can be attached to the crown. The adjustment system allows a user to manually tighten the compression system to a desired pressure to keep the hair of the user compressed while the user wears the headwear. The desired hair compression is capable of being regulated by the adjustment system.

According to the present invention, the cap equipped with the light emitting device improves merchantability of the cap as a fashion accessory by enhancing the cap's recognition at night and an aesthetic impression by light emitting.

Abstract: A helmet mount includes a latching plate defining a latching opening with wide and narrow portions and a notch. A latching spring below the latching plate urges a spring portion against the wide portion. The shaft of a first pin on an accessory mount is sized to fit in the narrow portion while its widened head only fits through the wide portion. The spring portion engages the widened head and prevents sliding within the narrow portion. The shaft of a second pin slides within the notch with its widened head preventing removal. A wedge may be slid against the spring to retract the spring portion allowing removal of the first pin. Electrical contacts on the helmet mount may engage electrical contents on the accessory mount to supply power to an accessory such as night-vision goggles.

Abstract: The present invention introduces an alarm circuit that detects potentially dangerous objects in the proximity during human activities, such as walking or running. The circuit is designed mostly to prevent stumbling for the people with temporary or permanent visual impairment conditions but can be used to prevent physical accidents under other circumstances as well. The circuit of the present invention can be permanently or temporarily mounted on human shoes, clothes, or other wearing means, including body parts. The placement of the circuit of the present invention includes but is not limited to the previously mentioned ones.

Abstract: Foldable slippers, comprising: a front part of the shoe, which includes the sole plate and an arched or herringbone upper piece connected to the sole plate; a rear part of the shoe, the sole plate of which is connected to the front part of the shoe by means of a folding middle section. This allows it to fold or unfold relative to the front part of the shoe. The shoe has a simple structure, a small foldable design which is unfolded when in use and then able to store after use. It is durable and convenient to carry and use. This product not only is more inexpensive, but also easier to use and manufacture.

Abstract: A light symbol projection device is disclosed. The light symbol projection device has a housing which is temporarily secured within a receiving mechanism. The receiving mechanism is embedded within a product such as, for example, a shoe. The light symbol housing may project, in various colors, a word, pattern, symbol, logo or other indicia on the ground. The light symbol housing may be interchangeable so that the receiving mechanism may receive various light symbol housings having different light projections. In one embodiment, a speaker associated with the device may also provide an audible sound.

Abstract: The Overshoe Walking Correctors (OWCs) are a medical walking device to go over a user's feet and shoes and changes the shape in the base of their current walking shoes for correcting gait. They need only be used by the obese and overweight population, who suffer limited mobility in their skeletal joints, due to the burden of weight they are carry on their bodies. The device was designed by Gail McGonigal an Occupational Therapist, who discovered the concept after falling on concrete severely bruising but not breaking her hip, due to a daily intake of oral calcium. She was only able to walk in rocker shoes containing no weightbearing capacity. Gail immediately understood how this concept will help the obese population improve their mobility in gait. She has designed the Overshoe Walking Correctors for all overweight people to wear, so they will feel no more pain in gait.

Abstract: A shoe comprises a flexible shell having an internal space and a sole body accommodated in the shell. The shell includes a bottom wall portion and a peripheral wall portion. The bottom wall portion and a portion of the peripheral wall portion adjacent to the bottom wall portion define a lower space which is a space of the internal space in which the sole body is disposed. A portion of the peripheral wall portion located above the portion adjacent to the bottom wall portion forms an upper space of the internal space that is a space in which the wearer's foot is inserted. Abstract: An eyewear case to hold eye wear in variations of sizes and designs by focusing on center cinching to constrict the eyewear using tightening around the bridge section of eyewear and a drawstring length to allow extra looping capabilities. The length, width and depth of the body of the case are all catered to holding small to larger more designer frames. The case is flattened when opened using the drawstring technique to allow insertion and when tightened it secures the hold and adds wave patterns which act as a buffer against direct contact of the eyewear with surfaces. Abstract: The presently disclosed subject matter is generally directed to a device that enables a user to add a product to the scalp, while also reducing or eliminating the excess product deposited on the user's hair. The device includes a housing that directly contacts the user's scalp and/or hair when in use. The interior of the housing includes an internal reservoir that houses a volume of product to be dispensed. A handle is attached to the housing to allow for easy and comfortable gripping by the user, as well as providing an inlet for the product to enter an internal reservoir. When a device lever is initiated, a series of hollow applicators extend through the housing to dispense a product on the user's scalp. When the lever is deactivated, the applicators retract into the interior of the housing for storage and to prevent product leakage.

Abstract: Disclosed is a planar, circular disc, referred to as a diverter. Components of the diverter include a rim, a first face, a second face, a flange, and an interior aperture. The interior aperture is constructed of dimensions serving to accommodate the width and thickness of a strap, rope, cable, or other apparatus used for suspending a hammock between two vertical structures, usually trees. The profile of the interior aperture is constructed in any geometric contour, and in a range of sizes to fit the specific dimensions of any apparatus that is used for suspension of the hammock. The diverter, upon being connected about the apparatus used for support of a hammock, serves to divert the flow of rainwater away from the bedding surface of the hammock.
