A primary television receiver executing a first operating system can receive audio data including human voice from a voice enabled remote control. The primary television receiver can transmit the audio data to a secondary television receiver executing a second operating system and that includes a voice command component. The secondary television receiver can convert the audio data into voice command data and transmit the voice command data to the primary television receiver. The primary television receiver can transmit the voice command data to a voice processing server via the Internet and receive, in response, a command generated based on the voice command data. The primary television receiver can transmit the command to the secondary television receiver. The voice command component can then control an operation of the secondary television receiver based on the command.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a device and method designed for determining the liquid level in a container through measuring the pressure in the liquid by a pressure sensor located at the bottom of the container within a chamber designed to prevent solid particles dispersed in the liquid from reaching the sensor. Measuring the pressure of the liquid in the container can be based on an upper chamber located above a lower chamber, both adjacent chambers are located within a container. The upper chamber comprises tiny slots allowing the liquid in the container to enter the upper chamber and exert a weight on a diaphragm gasket functioning as a common-wall of the two adjacent chambers. The diaphragm gasket exerts pressure resulting from the liquid weight, on the lower chamber containing the pressure sensor designed to measure the pressure exerted on the lower chamber.

    Abstract: An adaptive cruise control system includes an information acquisition unit having a main detector and a secondary detector, a control unit, and an execution unit. The main detector detects an object located ahead of the vehicle. The control unit determines whether control of the vehicle is required depending on an actual value determined by the main detector and the threshold value of a system property characterizing the driving environment. The execution unit controls the vehicle. The secondary detector is arranged such that its field of view for detecting an object located at an angle ahead of the vehicle covers the boundary of the main detector's field of view, and which is oriented outwards in relation to the forward direction of the vehicle. The secondary detector sends an indication signal to adjust the threshold value of the system property when an object is detected.

Comparison of respective scores to the corresponding cancer condition of the corresponding training subjects is used to adjust the filter weights thereby training the network architecture to classify cancer condition.
