Abstract: A medicinal vial reconstitution and IV dispensing device includes a bifurcated receptacle adapted to engage a medicinal vial, and a valve or barrier for selectively opening and closing the medicinal vial from fluidic communication with the patient IV line. The reconstitution device mixes medication with saline solution from an IV bag through a dedicated channel. The reconstitution device receives a medication vial containing the powdered medication. The reconstituted medication is then passed back into the IV bag for uniform mixing. A flow control element ensures fluid flow only from the vial to the bag. Once mixed, the reconstituted medication achieves a desired concentration in the IV bag. The (now medicated) saline solution in the IV bag is dispensed back through the reconstitution device via an IV line to the patient, and the flow control element redirects fluid only to the IV line and prevents any backflow with the vial.

The media asset is split into a first portion with a first importance and a second portion with the second importance. The first portion is displayed with a first set of output parameters (e.g., resolution, bit rate, frame rate, display size) and the second portion is displayed with a second set of output parameters that correspond to a lower quality than the first set of output parameters (e.g., a lower resolution, a lower bit rate, a lower frame rate, a lower display size).

Alternatively or additionally, certain components can be multi-functional, such a microphones and loudspeakers that may be used for both acoustic volume sensing and for other functions and a coil that may be used as both an inductive coupler for a battery recharger and an antenna for a wireless transceiver. Various types of network interfaces may be provided in order to allow for remote control and monitoring of the device.

The upper shell includes a through-opening for passing the charging cable to the plug socket, wherein at least one drain opening bounded by both the lower shell and the upper shell is provided for the gravity-driven drainage of liquid. Configuring the drain opening as a recess between the shells of the charging port housing makes it possible to cost-effectively implement a water drainage of splash water entering via the through-opening, and thus enable a cost-effective protection of electrical components of a motor vehicle against dust and splash water.

When the engine core temperature is below an engine thermal limit adjusted for a level of deterioration of the engine, an output power of the engine is set in accordance with a reference power based on non-thermal limits of the engine. When the engine core temperature is near or above the engine thermal limit adjusted for the level of deterioration of the engine, the output power of the engine is set to a value lower than the reference power based on non-thermal limits of the engine to reduce the engine core temperature.

The server links the electronic data accounts, monitors data among the information source systems and the linked accounts for any changes in activity associated with the user, predicts a behavioral activity of the user via machine learning based on at least one of the monitored data and historical data associated with the user, identifies at least one notification instruction specific to the user based on the predicted behavioral activity, and generates an interactive graphical user interface (GUI) for display on the user device. The interactive GUI presents one or more of the notification instruction and a user profile of the at least one user among the linked accounts.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method and a related device, to save hardware resources. A backhaul device is a device that can implement both backhaul and access, and a hardware structure of the backhaul device is similar to a hardware structure of an RRN or a BTS. The RRN and the BTS of similar hardware structures are replaced with one backhaul device, thereby reducing hardware costs.

A method for managing shared spectrum network interference includes determining, by a Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) device (CBSD) granted shared spectrum by a spectrum access system (SAS), a number of mobile devices in a defined number of regions in a cell covered by the CBSD, assigning, by the CBSD, a greater number of antennas to a cell edge region from the defined number of regions than a remaining regions in the defined number of regions, and assigning, by the CBSD, at least 8 antennas to each mobile device of a defined number of mobile devices of the number of mobile devices in the cell edge region to transmit non-overlapping and directive beams to mitigate interference at the cell edge region.

Abstract: Automatic neighbor relationships (ANR) and voice over new radio (VoNR) microservices can be implemented within a radio access network intelligent controller (RIC), which receives load information from network nodes and user equipment measurements from user equipment. The RIC can create and maintain real-time load information and leverage slicing knowledge of neighbor cells during mobility to direct the user equipment to various network slices. Thus, an enhanced radio access network (RAN) neighbor relationship that utilizes slicing information and VoNR preferences based on current and historical data can provide slice level RAN neighbor visibility on top of physical ANR relationships to enable enhancements for mobility management optimization for VoNR functionality.
