Abstract: A method of operating a motor includes providing an electric system coupled with the motor, the electric system including parallel inverter legs; subjecting the motor to a first interleaving angle when the electric system is under a first condition; and subjecting the motor to a second interleaving angle different from the first interleaving angle when the electric system is under a second condition; wherein the steps of subjecting the motor to the first interleaving angle and subjecting the motor to the second interleaving angle occur within continuous operation of the electric system and the motor.

Abstract: A computing system may receive sensor data from one or more sensors coupled to a user. Based on sensor data, the computing system may generate a first upper body pose that corresponds to a first portion of a body of the user, which comprises a head and an arm of the user. The computing system may process the upper body pose of the user to generate a temporal sequence of lower body poses comprising a first lower body pose associated with the first time and a second lower body pose associated with a second time, which may correspond to a second portion of the body of the user comprising a leg of the user. The computing system may generate one or more full body poses of the user based on at least the first upper body pose and the temporal sequence of lower body poses.

Abstract: A microfluidic chip having a micro channel for processing a sample is provided. The micro channel may focus the sample by using focusing fluid and a core stream forming geometry. The core stream forming geometry may include a lateral fluid focusing component and one or more vertical fluid focusing components. A microfluidic chip may include a plurality micro channels operating in parallel on a microfluidic chip.

Abstract: Performance regressions can have a drastic impact on the usability of a software application. The crucial task of localizing such regressions can be achieved using bisection, which attempts to find the bug-introducing commit using binary search. However, a bisection is not always accurate or effective. An effectiveness measure for performing a bisection may be determined based on a first probability that a shift in distribution of performance measures of a plurality of versions of the software occurs at a particular version of the software given that a bisection would identify that particular version of the software as having the performance regression. Also, a baseline value that maximizes the effectiveness measure may be determined. Accordingly, bisection may be used if it would be effective and it may be performed using an effective baseline value.

Abstract: A battery with many cavities that form tiny reaction zones having voids. A concave-shaped anode and convex shaped cathode is inserted into each of the cavities as layers. During charging, lithium metal forms in each cavity on the anode current collector. The formation of lithium metal in each of the many thousands of small cavities that are isolated from each other prevents the buildup of significant quantities of lithium metal in one location. The combination of tiny reaction zones and voids allows lithium metal to form without stressing the structure of the battery cell.

One of the methods includes identifying locations of oil within a volume representing a reservoir rock sample. The method includes identifying locations of gas within the volume. A second approach generally involves utilizing a dopant (e.g., Mo, Nb, or V) to improve the neutrality of the tinted state of WOx (coloration efficiency changes). The first interface may route a signal of the memory system to the probe interface and a tester to determine the signal's integrity and any errors associated with the memory system. The network device performing the mapping obtains information of which neighbor cells are capable of supporting bandwidth reduced mobile devices. In a filtering operation, only information of the bandwidth reduced capable neighbor cells are mapped and sent to the bandwidth reduced mobile device. The bandwidth reduced mobile device thus only scans bandwidth capable neighbors, rather than a full set of neighbor cells. A bandwidth reduced capability indicator can be obtained as part of neighbor cell capability data, or a neighbor cell can be queried for such information.
