The method also includes, registering actors in a supply chain as authenticated publishers or subscribers to the event log of different events published by different authenticated computing systems of the actors, authenticating different ones of the registered different actors prior the different actors publishing events to the event log, triggering predictive functions for newly published ones of the events in order to produce predictive values and providing read-only access to different states of the entities of the knowledge graph to authenticated subscribers.

The digital derivative resembles a bond financial product that utilizes blockchain protocols for principal, interest, and payment aspects. A secured hashrate is delivered by the issuer for the lifetime of the digital derivative. Income is generated in the cryptocurrency being mined, and the issuer may elect (prior to issuance) to repay the principal in the mined cryptocurrency. A cryptographic variable interest rate is calculated in the mined cryptocurrency based on the secured hashrate and a protocol-reported network difficulty.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing recommendations for splitting bills. The approaches disclosed include the ability to obtain information about a bill to be split (such as a photo of the bill), and then use several machine learning models to determine the ‘who,’ ‘what,’ and ‘where’ of the underlying transaction. In particular, machine learning models described herein are used to perform facial recognition of a ‘selfie’ taken when a transaction was made against social media accounts to determine participants of the transaction. The machine learning models may also identify expected pricing from data about a merchant associated with the transaction, and expected amounts for each participant based on the expected pricing.

The method includes detecting whether each smart device carried by at least one passenger contains a pre-registered eSIM and monitoring whether electronic payment occurs. When electronic payment occurs, a payment cost is determined for each passenger with respect to a payment cost of the electronic payment based on information regarding the pre-registered eSIM, and payment is performed according to the determined payment cost for each passenger.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for utilizing one or more decentralized applications to allow entities to interface with a blockchain for the purposes of conducting a resource transfer. Typically, the blockchain is a permissioned blockchain which may be accessed only by the entities involved in the resource transfer. The decentralized applications may communicate with the legacy systems within each entity through an application programming interface (API) such that the data stored on the legacy systems may be governed by the blockchain. This ensures the authenticity of the data stored on the legacy systems while preventing the possibility of disparate versions of data being created over time.

In some examples, a computing device determines payment transfer initiation features, and payment transfer reception features, based on previous payment transfer data. Once trained, the computing device may employ the machine learning fraud detection models to identify fraudulent payment transfers. Traffic density can provide a quantitative, accurate and unbiased metric with which to determine a value associated with displaying products in a region of the retail store.
