The two or more finger sleeves can extend from a lateral side of each sleeve.

The surgical garment includes a sleeve having a distal end defining a lumen for receiving a hand and/or arm of the individual and a cuff portion disposed at the distal end of the sleeve. The cuff portion extends the lumen defined by the sleeve and further defines an opening. In addition, a barrier member is provided. The barrier member is disposed within the lumen proximal to the opening and configured to selectively prevent the hand of the individual from extending through the opening defined by the cuff portion.

Abstract: Systems and methods of adjusting a length of fabric are disclosed. In one form, a system is disclosed for adjusting a length of fabric, said system including: a fabric body having at least one edge portion; at least one extension piece of fabric having an inner edge portion and an opposed outer edge portion and extending distally away from the at least one edge portion in an edge portion to edge portion arrangement. The at least one extension piece is sewn to the at least one edge portion with at least one release thread and at least one tab operably associated with an end of the at least one thread. The length of fabric is adjusted by moving the at least one tab and pulling the at least one release thread to release and separate the at least one extension piece from the fabric body.

Abstract: A diving glove includes quilted material defining a plurality of pockets. Each of the pockets is filled with aerogel beads. The glove may be worn underneath a waterproof layer in a dry diving suit. The glove includes multiple seams dividing the pockets. The seams are located to maintain a distribution of beads across the glove that effectively insulates the wearer's hand and prevents the beads from impeding the wearer's manual dexterity. The glove includes a web portion extending across a back side of the fingers. The web portion can be used to create an enclosed space for insulating the wearer's fingers.

The water resistant treatment includes a durable water resistant composition that is substantially fluorocarbon free. The oil resistant treatment includes an elastomeric coating that may include a silicone polymer. Protective garments can be made from the fabric that provide resistance to oil and water. The fabric materials can optionally include an antiviral agent, providing resistance against airborne pathogens by preventing penetration through the fabric material and by destroying any pathogens that land upon the fabric.

Displayed dimensionally-accurate representations of the custom-fit articles allow for user-specified style and fit preferences to be made and a final digital pattern of the article to be produced. Machine instructions representing pattern pieces to be knitted are automatically produced from the final digital pattern of the article for a target computerized knitting machine and the custom-fit article then manufactured according to the machine instructions.

Abstract: The invention relates to a protective sports helmet purposely designed for a selected group of helmet wearers from amongst a larger population of helmet wearers. A multi-step method for helmet design starts by collecting information from a population of players that may include information about the shape of a player's head and the impacts the player has sustained. This information is then processed to create player population information that is sorted to create categories. Advanced mathematical techniques are utilized to further sort these categories into player groups or data sets based on player attributes. Once the player groups are identified, another multi-step process is utilized to design optimized helmet prototype models for each player group.

Thus, the reinforcement structure may hold and support the medial and lateral sides of the golfer's foot as they shift their weight while making a golf shot. The nozzle opening can be configured to receive and dispense a volume of atomized liquid from a sprayer coupled to the second end of the liquid container when the sprayer is activated by an actuator integrated into the housing. The recessed nozzle opening prevents the user from contacting the sprayer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to bag with configurable compartments for separately storing items. The bag is preferably a carry-all type bag having a fastener adhered to the inner walls of the bag. A plurality of dividers having fasteners along their edges are securely positioned inside the bag to create separate compartments. The size and number of compartments can be adjusted by adding/removing the dividers and changing the position of the dividers inside the bag. The table mode is configured to allow for easy access for unpacking and packing the travel case. The travel case comprises a release switch to activate any of the default mode or table mode. The downward movement of the release switch releases the internal mechanism and opens the four legs to a stable stance. The four legs are folded to its initial position to convert the travel case from travel mode to default mode.

Abstract: A key storage device for simultaneously organizing and retaining a plurality of keys within a lock box. The storage device is configured to store a variety of keys within pockets that accordion fold along hinging seams connecting the pockets into a compact structure that is easily retained within a lock box. The keys are further retained within the pockets via key mounting components that attach the individual key to the respective pocket. A plurality of organizing indicia are used to match a key to a pocket and a use that is immediately identifiable in the event of an emergency.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus include a hair iron having a ceramic heater between first and second arms movable relative to each other between open and closed positions. The ceramic heater has resistive traces that heat up hair during use upon being connected to a power source. On a side of the ceramic heater opposite the resistive traces, a layer of metal is formed to spread out during use the heat from the resistive traces. The metal may be formed as a single or multiple layers. The composition of the metal can be, representatively, pure or alloys of silver, copper, or aluminum with platinum or palladium. The shape of the metal varies as does its coverage on a surface area of the ceramic heater.
