Abstract: OCT device (1) includes: a signal processor (110) obtaining preview image data corresponding to a volume image with predetermined graininess by a single image capture by measuring subject information in a direction along the optical axis of the laser beam at a preset point interval for two-dimensional scanning; a memory (120); and an instruction receiving means (130). The signal processor (120) obtains pieces of the preview image data by a plurality of image captures with an origin of the two-dimensional scanning shifted by a small interval smaller than the point interval so as to divide the point interval each time a piece of the preview image data is acquired, and generates measurement-image-capture image data by reconstructing pieces of the preview image data obtained by a plurality of image captures and stored in the memory (120) up to a point when an instruction was received.

The markers may be used to monitor progress of expansion of the implantable device, potential migration of the implantable device, and diameters of the body lumen. Markers may be deployed in the body lumen separately from another implantable device to assist tracking of migration of the implantable device. Markers may be placed circumferentially around a wall of a body lumen to track growth of an aneurysm or a stricture.

The devices include a stent deployment device including a handle assembly coupled to a delivery catheter assembly. The handle assembly includes an actuator operably coupled to a ratchet slide. A carrier coupled to an outer sheath of the delivery catheter assembly is axially displaced by the ratchet slide when the actuator is depressed. A distal deployment button allows proximal displacement of the carrier when in an actuated position to deploy a distal portion of the prosthesis. A proximal deployment button allows proximal displacement of the carrier when in an actuated position to deploy a proximal portion of the prosthesis. Abstract: A delivery device (100) is provided, including: a sheath core (20); a TIP head (40), the TIP head (40) being arranged at a distal end of the sheath core (20); and a fixing anchor (30), the fixing anchor (30) is arranged on an outer wall of the sheath core (20) and close to a proximal end of the TIP head (40); the sheath core (20) is fixed relative to the TIP head (40); the fixing anchor (30) is provided with a mounting portion (34), and a pull wire (60) can be accommodated in the mounting portion (34). In a process of loading a stent, the pull wire (60) applies an acting force on the fixing anchor (30), and the fixing anchor (30) is fixedly connected to the sheath core (20) and thus drives the sheath core (20), the TIP head (40) and the stent to move synchronously. Since the pull wire (60) does not directly come into contact with the stent, the stent can be prevented from being deformed due to the pressing of the pull wire (60) on the stent.
