  • Patent number: 11927243
Abstract: A shock absorber includes a seal member that is slidably in contact with a piston rod, a friction member that is formed of an annular elastic rubber section slidably in contact with the piston rod and an annular base section to which the elastic rubber section is fixed, and an communication path that reduces pressure difference between both sides of the friction member in axial direction. The elastic rubber section is provided with a minimum inner diameter section, a first enlarged diameter section, and a second enlarged diameter section. A force is applied to the piston rod by the friction member such that movement in an outward direction of the cylinder becomes difficult and movement in an inward direction of the cylinder becomes easy.

  • Patent number: 11927244
Abstract: When a contact area with a chain guide is reduced by a back surface of a link plate having a convex portion, a friction coefficient in a fluid lubrication region is reduced. A coating film containing 10% or more of chromium is on the link plate. A friction modifier made of a molybdenum compound and including with a lubricating oil promotes generation of MoS2 by the coating film, and prevents an increase in a friction coefficient in a boundary lubrication region.

  • Patent number: 11927245
Abstract: An energy chain comprising rollers on a number of chain links of the upper strand and/or of the lower strand. The rollers project, at least to a slight extent, beyond narrow sides of the lateral plates in the direction of the respectively opposite strand, in order to allow for rolling action when the energy chain is displaced. The invention provides for the rollers to comprise a wheel body made of plastic and having a hub, a rim and a radial region, which connects the hub and rim. The material thickness of the radial region is reduced in comparison with the rim such that radial impacts during the course of the rolling action can be damped by elastic deformability of the radial region of the roller itself. This significantly reduces the development of noise and vibration caused by rollers located opposite one another coming into contact with one another.

  • Patent number: 11927276
Abstract: A valve assembly is disclosed, which includes a valve body defining a valve chamber and a moveable member. The moveable member has a valve element at its first end and an armature at its second end. The moveable member is moveable in an axial direction to selectively open and close the valve. The entire moveable member is spaced from the walls of the valve body when the valve is open or partially open. A flexible membrane forms a seal against the moveable member and the valve body to divide the valve chamber into a flow chamber in which the valve seat and valve element are located and a pressure compensation chamber within which the armature is entirely enclosed. A first fluid port is fluidly connected to the pressure compensation chamber via one or more bores in a pressure compensation flow path with at least one opening extending into the pressure compensation chamber at an axial position between the armature and the flexible membrane.

Abstract: A valve unit has a main valve and a pilot valve device which is applied thereto, wherein the pilot valve device includes a first pilot valve which is arranged in a valve longitudinal direction between the main valve and a second pilot valve. The main valve can be actuated by way of a pilot fluid through a first pilot working channel which is connected to the first pilot valve and through a second pilot working channel which is connected to the second pilot valve. The second pilot working channel passes through a first pilot valve housing of the first pilot valve, wherein it has a receiving space channel section which passes through an actuation member receiving space of a hand actuation device which is formed in the first pilot valve housing and in which a manually actuatable hand actuation member is arranged. In this manner the valve unit can be realised with a low construction width.
