Abstract: A shopper information processing system may include a shopper device associated with a given shopper, and a shopper information processing server. The shopper information processing server may be configured to store shopper information associated with the given shopper on a blockchain, cooperate with the shopper device to store shopper permissions for selectively accessing, on the blockchain, the shopper information, and permit at least one loyalty program to access the selected shopper information on the blockchain based upon the shopper permissions. The shopper information processing server may also be configured to generate a digital coupon based upon an amount of shopper information permitted to be selectively accessed by the at least one loyalty program, and communicate the digital coupon to the shopper device.

Abstract: Described are a system and method for dynamic promotional offers during user interaction at an automated teller machine (ATM). The method includes receiving, at the ATM, a transaction request based on an account identifier associated with an account of a user. The method also includes determining, based on the account identifier, that the account of the user was issued by an issuer that is different than an acquirer associated with the ATM. The method further includes, in response to determining that the account was issued by the issuer, generating, with at least one processor, an authorization request message based on the transaction request and the account identifier. The method further includes receiving an authorization response message comprising embedded user profile data and generating, on a display of the ATM, at least one offer based on the embedded user profile data.

Abstract: A system and a method for delivering digital coupons to customers. A coupon delivery server is designed to manage coupons for displaying to users. The server provides a first user interface for an administrator to manage merchants of the system, provides a second user interface for merchants to customize coupons to be advertised, assigns a scannable code for each coupon, arrange coupons into a list, and display the list of coupons with assigned scannable codes on a display. When a user scans a code from the display via a mobile device, the user is presented a list of merchants, and when the user selects a particular merchant, relative scannable coupons are displayed on the mobile device, the user can then bring the scannable coupon to a point of sale of the selected merchant for automatically redemption of a discount to a purchase of the user.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed for providing instant rebates before a transaction is completed. This involves ingest of customer and rebate data from two or more utilities, where the data is parsed and normalized into a standard format across all of the utilities. The customer data is then stored in an accounts database, while the rebate data is further processed along with utility rebate rules to determine a set of device and demand response rebate eligibilities for a variety of scenarios. The resulting rebate profiles can be stored in a rebates database and linked to corresponding customer account data in the accounts database. Third-party frontends can then request rebate eligibility based on a customer identifier and retail channel, and various services can work in tandem to query the rebated database and return a set of eligibilities with so little latency that the eligibility check appears instant from a customer's standpoint.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for a computational platform using machine learning for integration data sharing platforms. A user may engage in a transaction with another user, such as a purchase of goods, services, or other items from a merchant. A service provider may provide a data feed to the user via integrated computational platforms that allows the user to post data including information regarding the processed transaction. The post may include a share code that links back to the user and their corresponding transaction. Thereafter, the post may be viewed by other users and the share code may be used by the other users in order to perform similar transaction processing, where these later transactions are linked back to the original user. Tracking of these later transactions may be done through application extensions that allow the computational platforms to track user data over different online interactions.

Abstract: The disclosed computer-implemented method may match transportation requestor devices to transportation provider devices pre-request by using the same matching process employed by a matching engine that is capable of predicting transportation swaps and walks. Multiple matches may be showcased on user devices, and offline transportation providers may see an exact match to a requestor, with an ability to go online and accept the pre-request match. Additional techniques disclosed include the curation and presentation of offers using constraint space partitioning and adjustment of price and/or the presentation of offers based on real-time information to improve the efficiency and/or utilization of transportation provider resources.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for determining valuation and risk analysis of municipal debt instruments on an after-tax basis. In one embodiment, bond terms, yield curve and interest rate volatility data are received for a set of bonds. Additionally, IRS treatment data and applicable tax rates for the set of bonds and a purchaser of the bonds are also received. Theoretical tax-neutral values of the bonds are calculated using a buy-and-hold methodology, wherein the tax-neutral value comprises the price of the at least one municipal debt offering such that its discounted after-tax value equals the price. A theoretical maximum after-tax values of the bonds are also calculated using a recursive valuation path-dependent methodology. Optimal bond management is determined using the calculated theoretical tax-neutral values and maximum after-tax values of the bonds.

During or after performance of gig-economy work, data automatically collected may be used to generate and present recommendations or education points to gig-economy workers. Such recommendations may include targeted alerts to notify gig-economy workers of high-demand situations or to coordinate between gig-economy workers and gig-economy customers. Alerts may be generated based upon current excess demand for gig-economy services, as well as gig-economy worker availability and preferences. For example, alerts may be generated in response to detecting emergency conditions in an area in order to mobilize a large number of gig-economy transportation service providers.

The sampler divides the filtered data according to insurance rating variables processed by a processor programmed to underwrite an insurance product and rate that insurance product. Some samplers store the divided filter data in a local memory. A multiplier multiples rating factors preprogrammed with the insurance rating variables with a base rate of insurance to determine an insured's insurance premium.

The method dynamically displays a map on a graphical user interface, the map containing virtual representations of the utility services infrastructure assets, the non-utility services structures, and a magnitude of the natural hazard event in relation to those assets and structures. Using one of more predetermined rules, a prioritized list of the utility services infrastructure assets that should be inspected within the selected service territory may be dynamically generated. The predetermined rules may include a likelihood of damage and a consequence severity such as, but not limited to, effect on service or public health or safety. Users may be automatically notified when a magnitude of the event is at least as great as a predetermined threshold.
