    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of solid-phase extraction, and particularly to a solid-phase extraction material, and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method includes prepolymerizing the monomers N-vinylpyrrolidone and divinylbenzene in the presence of a chain transfer agent, adding prepolymer dropwise to an emulsion of monodispersed seed microspheres, swelling, and reacting to prepare white spheres; and functionalizing the white spheres, to obtain the solid-phase extraction material. The solid-phase extraction material prepared by the reaction has good spherical morphology, large specific surface area, and high ion exchange capacity. The prepared solid-phase extraction material functions in the separation and enrichment of PPCPs by means of a variety of forces with a high extraction rate. The extraction rate is basically maintained between 85% and 105%, and acidic, alkaline, neutral and amphoteric substances is capable of being selectively separated.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an agarose-cellulose nanocomposite porous gel microsphere, a preparation method, and an application. In the disclosure, agarose and nanocellulose are compounded to form a unique network structure by using an industrially scalable method, that is, a reversed-phase emulsification method. The maximum flow rate and pressure resistance of the porous gel microsphere are significantly improved. In addition, after the composite porous gel microsphere is modified with a specific ligand, the dynamic binding capacity of the separation target is improved, and the modified composite porous gel microsphere can be used for large-scale separation and purification of biological macromolecules. The disclosure adapts to the development trend of high rigidity, high flow rate, and high loading capacity of the chromatography medium, and is expected to be used as the next-generation chromatography medium with this performance.

    Abstract: Herein disclosed are compositions, methods, and systems useful for treating PFAS- contaminated adsorbents to simultaneously achieve mineralization of adsorbed per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances and regenerate the adsorbent materials to enable re-use of the materials. This is accomplished by applying subcritical hydrothermal reaction conditions together with solution amendments to promote PFAS destruction while minimizing alterations of the adsorbent materials. The process requires much lower energy input than existing thermal disposal or regeneration technologies. The milder liquid phase treatment conditions allow for treatment and regeneration of a wider range of adsorbent materials being deployed for PFAS treatment.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a Cu—Zn-SSZ-13 molecular sieve composite catalyst and a preparation method thereof. The reaction performance of the catalyst in a temperature range of 100-600° C. is better than that of a SSZ-13 catalyst prepared by an ion exchange method and a Cu-SSZ-13 molecular sieve catalyst prepared by an one-step method, and the yield of the synthetic object is increased by 40%.
