The flat air bag with a foam board overlay is placed on top of the bed foundation supine, under the mattress thus causing the bed sag to be corrected with inflation . A valve and a hose connect the air bag to the air pump. The air bag is inflated by placing the air pump hose over the intake valve of the air bag. The air pump is turned on until adequate pressure is achieved and the sag in the mattress is rectified. The air bag stops filling when adequate pressure is achieved.

The mask layer may include a patterned gel layer with a different pattern than that of the patterned gel layer of the upper cushioning element of the mattress. Methods of manufacturing and installing mattress covers that mask, buffer, or dampen the feel of a patterned gel layer of an upper cushioning element of a mattress are also disclosed.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for optimized shelf product shipping, storage, and display utilizing a pallet and one or more unassembled shelf assemblies designed for compact arrangement on the pallet. The system includes a standard size pallet and a plurality of unassembled shelf assemblies. Multiple unassembled shelf assemblies comprising shelf bodies and shelf components are stacked vertically and arranged in a compact configuration fully within a perimeter of the pallet and without overhang. The shelf components are housed in cavities formed between adjacent shelf bodies. Accordingly, the unassembled shelf assemblies consolidate into high-density vertical stacks with minimal wasted space and without loose parts. This enables efficient transportation while reducing risks including loss of or damage to the shelf bodies and shelf components.

Abstract: The invention involves a beverage station and bar. The beverage station and bar is constructed from lightweight blow molded panels secured to a metal frame. This construction provides a structure that can be shipped to homes and assembled on site. Ballast containers that utilize locally sourced ballast material are securable within the base of the beverage station and bar to provide stability and reduce the tendency of the beverage station and bar to tip from users leaning against the structure during use.
