  • Patent number: 12048279
Abstract: A seed development device for Psammochloa villosa using condensate water in desert areas includes: a cultivation box, a top surface of the cultivation box is connected to a cooler and condensate water collecting units through a support frame. Each condensate water collecting unit includes an outer frame, sleeve pipes, a middle frame, a cold air cavity, water collecting rods, a water collecting tank and a delivery pipe. The delivery pipe is connected to the cultivation box. When an outdoor temperature cannot complete condensation of water vapor, the cooler completes cooling of the cold air cavity and water collecting rods until condensate water collection is completed, water drops fall into the water collecting tank to complete water collection, which is used for water supplement of seed development of Psammochloa villosa, thus reducing the process of artificial water supplement and improving the development efficiency of seeds of Psammochloa villosa in desert areas.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of condiment preparation, and specifically relates to an astaxanthin-containing condiment and a preparation method therefor. In this method, first a low-speed bead milling method is used to break the cell wall of the yeast, such that astaxanthin is directly emulsified in water, and the concentration of astaxanthin can reach 1043.17 mg/L, avoiding the use of emulsifiers and organic solvents; then a small amount of Angel yeast compound enzyme is added for enzymolysis, with the yield of amino nitrogen as high as 3.51% to 3.65% and the yield of solid matter as high as 47.18% to 49.22%; and finally the gelatinized porous starch solution and gelatin are sequentially added, with the encapsulation rate and drug-loading rate of the obtained astaxanthin-containing microcapsule powder being 75.62% to 88.5% and 1.55-10.42 mg/g, respectively. The microcapsule powder has bright color, and high astaxanthin stability and water solubility.

Abstract: Sugar substitute compositions comprise natural ingredients that provide added human health benefits and properties and characteristics of sugar, without the caloric content and glycemic index of sugar. Unlike artificial sweeteners, the sugar substitute compositions contain no chemicals or synthetic additives and taste and function like sugar. Specifically, the sugar substitute compositions comprise digestion resistant soluble fiber comprising an oligosaccharide matrix of glucose and/or fructose oligomers, which yield the sugar substitute digestion resistant property and allow it to simultaneously enhance the growth of beneficial bacteria in the human gut. In one particular embodiment, the sugar substitute comprises a digestion resistant soluble fiber, Luo Han Guo extract, and a flavor masking agent comprising Oryza sativa (rice) extract.
