Abstract: A new and distinct variety of apple tree was identified from a test cross of ‘Honeycrisp’ and ‘Fuji.’ The new variety, named ‘MAIA-AM’ ripens in early September. ‘MAIA-AM’ possesses advantageous growth habit, precocity, fruit quality, and storability.
