Abstract: Provided herein are methods comprising the use of KRAS (e.g., hKRAS) inhibitors in combination with an agent(s) that specifically binds to EGFR (e.g., hEGFR) and TGF? (e.g., hTGF?), as well as compositions and kits comprising the same. The methods provided herein are useful in methods of treating cancer, (e.g., KRAS (e.g., hKRAS) variant cancers). Further provided herein are combination regimens, combination compositions, pharmaceutical compositions, and kits comprising a KRAS (e.g., hKRAS) inhibitor and an agent(s) that specifically binds to EGFR (e.g., hEGFR) and TGF? (e.g., hTGF?).

Abstract: A process for increasing a settled bulk density of a granular polyolefin polymer includes feeding a catalyst stream into a gas phase polymerization reactor, the catalyst stream comprising catalyst particles, optionally in slurry form by suspending in a mineral oil and/or other hydrocarbon liquid, contained in a carrier fluid; feeding a support gas into the gas phase polymerization reactor together with the catalyst stream entering the reactor, the support gas being fed into the gas phase reactor at a velocity; forming polyolefin particles in the gas phase polymerization reactor through contact with the catalyst particles and a monomer and optionally one or more comonomers; and determining a settled bulk density of the granular polyolefin particles, and, based on the settled bulk density, selectively increasing or decreasing the velocity of the support gas in order to maintain the settled bulk density above a preset limit.

A method of making the extrudable article is provided including reacting in an extruder a polymerizable composition including a uretdione-containing material including a reaction product of a diisocyanate reacted with itself, a hydroxyl-containing compound, and an isocyanate-containing compound. A method of making a core-sheath filament is provided including forming a core composition of the at least one polyurethane and wrapping a sheath composition including an ethylene copolymer or a polyolefin around the core composition.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention comprises one or more of an article composed of a copolymer, a copolymer made from a process, and a process for the preparation of a copolymer composition by metal free enzyme ring-opening polymerization of a monomer composition comprising i) an ethylene brassylate monomer; ii) a 1-4 dioxan-2-one (DO); iii) lipase B from Candida antarctica (Novozyme® 435) and at an elevated temperature, processing the monomer reactants i) and ii) to a copolymer via ring-opening polymerization under solvent-free conditions and a nitrogen atmosphere in the absence of a metal and the presence of the lipase to produce a random EB-co-DO copolymer.

Abstract: A fiber reinforced polyester polymer composition is disclosed that is specially formulated for food contact applications and/or medical applications. The polyester polymer composition contains glass fibers that are either bisphenol-A free or contain free bisphenol-A in only trace/residual amounts. The composition can be formulated without using conventional stabilizers, antioxidants and/or lubricants. The polymer composition displays excellent mechanical properties.
