  • Patent number: 12132816
Abstract: There is provided, a method for clock recovery in a RFID tag, the method includes receiving a RF field from a RFID reader. A field clock is generated from the received RF field, from which a clock recovery signal is generated. The RF field is modulated to produce a RF modulation. Generation of the clock recovery signal is paused while the RF field is being modulated. A modulation envelope signal is generated and used for load modulation. Generation of the clock recovery signal at the end of the RF modulation is resumed after a delay of one clock cycle from a falling edge of the modulation envelope signal. In another embodiment of the method, instead of adding the delay, a differential amplifier is used to increase RF field detection sensitivity. The method and the RFID tag ensures synchronized resumption of a PLL clock and the clock recovery signal.

  • Patent number: 12132818
Abstract: Malicious website detection has been very crucial in timely manner to avoid phishing. User privacy also needs to be maintained at the same time. A system and method for classifying a website URL have been provided. The system is configured to achieve end-to-end privacy for machine learning based malicious URL detection. The system provides privacy preserving malicious URL detection models based on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) approach either using deep neural network (DNN), using logistic regression or using a hybrid approach of both. The system is utilizing a split architecture (client-server) where-in feature extraction is done by a client machine and classification is done by a server. The client machine encrypts the query using FHE and sends it to the server which hosts machine learning model. During this process, the server doesn't learn any information about the query.

  • Patent number: 12132833
Abstract: A vault encryption abstraction framework computing system provides interface functionality to facilitate integration of client applications with vaulting solutions. The vault encryption abstraction framework manages custom authentication and authorization using the vaulting solution application for one or more client applications such as by periodically rotating or renewing any authentication tokens. The vault encryption abstraction framework includes a scheduler to manage timing requirements and to configure the client application to the schedule by setting the renewed token value to an API endpoint (e.g., a function return) and/or a configuration file for access by one or more client applications. This event triggers the client application to update to the latest token value. The vault encryption abstraction framework then triggers the vaulting solution to create and return the new key. The new key is then returned to the client application.

  • Patent number: 12132839
Abstract: First and second devices store respective device data and private keys. The first-device data is additionally stored by the second device and by a proxy; and the second-device data is additionally stored by the first device and by the proxy. In a commitment phase, each of the first and second devices uses its respective device data, private key and a random nonce to generate a respective one-time first-device or second-device commitment value, which it sends to the proxy. In a checking phase, the devices communicate secret-key information to the proxy, which verifies the received one-time commitment values. In a digest phase, the proxy calculates a one-time digest, which it sends to the second device. The second device then verifies the received one-time digest to authenticate the first device.

  • Patent number: 12132840
Abstract: The invention provides a method and system for authenticating a plaintext message at a sender computing device and verifying the integrity and authenticity of the plaintext message at a receiver computing device. Firstly, the method includes prepending a random string to the plaintext message and then generating a ciphertext corresponding to the plaintext message by encrypting the plaintext message prepended with the random string using an encryption algorithm. The method also includes the step of generating a compressed image of the plaintext message and generates an authentication tag from the compressed image of the plaintext message and the random string. Thereafter, the method transmits both the ciphertext and the authentication tag generated at the sender computing device to the receiver computing device. The receiver computing device, on receiving the ciphertext and the authentication tag corresponding to the plaintext message, verifies the integrity and authenticity of the plaintext message.

  • Patent number: 12132841
Abstract: In one embodiment, the present disclosure is directed to a system for digital authentication. A device includes a second processor for security functionality. The second processor generates a public key and a private key, and uses the private key and to-be-signed signature data to generate digital signatures. The device transmits the public key and a first digital signature to the server. As part of subsequent communication, the device transmits the public key and a second digital signature to the server. Using the public key, the server validates the second digital signature to verify that the second digital signature is from the device or a user of the device, thereby verifying that the subsequent communication is from the device or the user of the device.
