Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computer-implemented systems and processes that provision targeted alternative product information based on structured messaging data. For example, an apparatus may receive a message that characterizes a real-time payment requested by a first counterparty from a second counterparty, and is associated with a first product provisioned to the second counterparty by the first counterparty. The apparatus may determine that a second product is available to the second counterparty based on the message. Further, the apparatus may transmit notification data to a device operable by the second counterparty. The notification data includes product data characterizing the second product, and causes an application program executed at the device to present at least a portion of the product data within a digital interface. The apparatus also receives a response to the notification data from the device and, based on the response, provisions the second product to the second counterparty.

Abstract: Systems and methods for purchasing items via interactive images. Inventory data of merchants is stored in a database associated with a payment processing service (PPS). The inventory data includes item information and item image(s). The PPS obtains an image. Based on the inventory data and the image, a first portion of the image including a first item offered for sale by a first merchant and a second portion including a second item offered for sale by a second merchant are identified. A selectable control is presented with the image within a threshold distance of at least one of the first item or the second item. When the selectable control is selected, item information for the first item and the second item and an additional control(s) are presented. Selection of the additional control(s) allows the customer to add the item(s) to a virtual cart.

Abstract: A system determines a transaction's risk level from the routing number. The system includes a processor, a list of routing numbers and a group of transactions. Each transaction includes a dollar amount, a sender, and a routing number of a receiving institution. For each respective routing number, based on the transactions, the processor determines a transaction volume of the routing number and a probability of a legitimate transaction from the routing number to other routing numbers on the list. For each other routing number on the list, based on the transaction volume of the routing number, the processor determines risk curves for transactions from the sender to the routing number based on dollar amount and relative probability of legitimate transactions being sent from the sender to the other routing number. For a new transaction from the sender, a risk score is computed based on its dollar amount and routing number.

Abstract: Described is a digitized mail control system. The system may include a server having a memory storing mail data associated with a user and a user computing device coupled to the server. The server may be programmed to receive an access signal from the user computing device that has accessed the system. In response to receiving the access signal, the server may process the user data and locate the stored mail data associated with the user data. The server may then create and send for execution on the user computing device instruction to display mail data including sender information and action buttons associated with predetermined actions to take in response to the sender information. The server may receive a signal including a selected action associated with a selected action button with regard to a selected sender and automatically execute program code corresponding to the selected action.

Abstract: Watermarking media content, in combination with blockchain and distributed storage networks, prevents the proliferation of Deepfake content. Digital watermarks are embedded in the audio and video tracks of video clips of trusted content producers at the time the videos are captured or before they are distributed. The watermarks are detected at the social media network's portals, nodes, and back ends. The embedded watermark imparts a unique identifier to the video, that links it to a blockchain. The watermarks also allow video source tracking, integrity verification, and alteration localization. The watermark detectors can be standalone software applications, or they can be integrated with other applications. They are used to perform three main tasks: (1) they alert the Internet user when he watches an inauthentic news video, so that he may discard it, (2) they prevent a Deepfake content from propagating through the network (3) they perform forensic analysis to help track and remove Deepfake content postings.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for blending unknown pixels in overlapping images. In one embodiment, an action camera captures two hyper-hemispherical fisheye images that are stitched to a 360° panorama. In order to remove exposure differences between the two cameras, the images are pre-processed prior to multiband blending. The pre-processing leverages image information from pixels to make informed guesses about pixels that were not captured. In particular, various pixels with different knowability (e.g., known, unknown, consistent, and conflicting) may be handled differently so as to emphasize/de-emphasize their importance in pre-processing.
