These openings, voids, or grooves may make the heel counter structure more conformable, lightweight, and/or flexible. The openings, voids, or grooves may allow the heel or heel counter structure to conform better to the heel/foot of a user, providing and an “adaptive” response, adapting differently to different heels. The openings, voids, or grooves may be customized within the heel counter component based on the shape of the foot and/or heel of the user. Additionally or alternatively, these openings, voids, or grooves may make the heel construction better to conform to the wearer's heel and better to contain and move with the wearer's heel, e.g., during use and to improve flexion, comfort, and fit.

The upper includes various lace guides that are separated by gaps. The lace is threaded through these guides and the lace can be tightened or loosened. The lace tightening system can be used to close the instep region around the foot to secure the shoe and provide a comfortable fit. The midsole provides cushioning to the shoe. The outsole preferably contains multiple traction members to provide good stability and ground contact. The shoes of this invention help provide the golfer with stability and balance.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mechanical stretching device for movable seat unit, in which the mechanical stretching device includes: a seat support, arranged to attach to a seat; a leg stretching device, pivoted at a front part of the seat support; a backrest support, pivoted at a rear part of the seat support; and an electrically actuated unit, including a leg electrically actuated device for folding and unfolding of the leg stretching device and a backrest electrically actuated device for backward reclining or forward resetting of the backrest support. Furthermore, the present disclosure further relates to a movable seat unit.

Abstract: An actuating mechanism for a powered furniture piece comprises a base, a seat rail operatively connected to the base, a back support bracket, a footrest mounting bracket, an ottoman drive link, a linear actuator, and a control link, such that when the linear actuator is extended to a first predetermined position, the footrest mounting bracket will be moved from a retracted position to an open position, the back support bracket will be maintained at an upright position, whereby the actuating mechanism will be disposed at a TV position, and when the linear actuator is extended to a second predetermined position, the back support bracket will be moved from the upright position to a reclined position whereby the actuating mechanism will be disposed at a fully RECLINED position.
