Abstract: This invention introduces a groundbreaking beanie design featuring a new stitch configuration, departing from conventional norms. Employing innovative stitch lining techniques, the crown of the beanie is artistically redefined, blending comfort with sophistication. The distinctive design involves two parallel vertical stitches interconnected by a solitary horizontal stitch, evoking the form of the letter “H” or the Greek letter Theta. The stitch lines exhibit fluidity, adapting seamlessly to fabric stretch when worn. This versatile stitch pattern is adaptable to both cuffless and cuffed beanies, signifying a versatile solution for diverse preferences. The invention revolutionizes beanie creation while accentuating the convergence of textile artistry and wearable functionality.

Abstract: A shoe may include an upper portion constructed from a continuous textile (e.g., a knit textile) that includes an elastic region and a structural region. The elastic region may be positioned about a perimeter of an opening into a cavity configured to receive a wearer's foot, and the elastic region may be configured to secure the shoe to a wearer's foot. The elastic region may have a first elasticity that is greater than a second elasticity of the structural region. In an unworn configuration, the elastic region may cause a tread surface of a sole of the shoe to have a continuous curvature. In a worn configuration, substantially all of an intermediate section of the tread surface may contact a surface on which the shoe is placed. The elastic region may improve the performance of the shoe, including the comfort and durability.

Abstract: In general, one or more aspects of the disclosure relates to an athletic shoe comprising an upper and a sole. The sole further comprises an upper midsole, a lower midsole and a plate disposed between the upper midsole and the lower midsole. The plate comprises a toe region having a planar shape. The toe region is encapsulated between the upper midsole and the lower midsole. The plate additionally comprises a heel region having a contoured incurvature. The heel region protrudes externally from between the upper midsole and the lower midsole to form a sidewall that encompasses a heel region of the upper midsole. The unique combination of the two shapes of the plate provides comfort and stability as well as enhanced energy return in the heel with less force upon the heel of the wearer and with the sidewalls provides stability and then the planar forefoot shape placed between the two midsoles offers propulsion, at the metatarsal flex and toe area during the gait cycle.

Abstract: A three-layered article of footwear construction having an outsole, midsole, and footbed. The outsole is made out of a rubber and has a mating relationship with the midsole. The midsole is made of a single density blown ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). The midsole includes a first air cavity in the forefoot region and a second air cavity in the hind foot. The air cavities act like a suspension units under the impact areas of a foot giving improved impact reduction and help in reducing muscular and joint stress, fatigue, and impact during the normal walking gait motion. The footbed is made of a dual-density EVA. The dual density of the footbed allows for a greater flexibility and cushioning in the forefoot and heel regions due to its lighter density and provides greater support and stability around the perimeter area of the footbed due to its heavier density.
