Abstract: A visible fish strike indicator may include a buoyant main housing with a horizontal center axis and center of gravity beneath the horizontal center axis allowing the indicator to float upright on water. A light-transmissible housing can be detachably supported by the main housing, with an indicator illumination assembly that includes an accelerometer. The accelerometer senses the indicator's position and accelerative forces. A microprocessor interfaces with the accelerometer to analyze position data and generate command signals. These signals control a current-limiting resistor system, which regulates electrical currents to an RGB LED system. This light-transmissible housing emits different colors to signal indicator operation or a fish strike.

Abstract: An additive transporter, housing additive ingredients of synergists and surfactants preferably for use in a natural, weed control application, insect control application, algae removal and/or mold removal end-use application. In certain non-limiting embodiments, the transporter can be fluid soluble. Where the transporter is fluid soluble it can be added to a container/bottle having a desired amount of water and organic acid or inorganic acid causing the transporter to dissolve and release the additive ingredients for mixing with the water and organic acid. Preferably, the additive or product enhancer ingredients can be organic ingredients and can comprise, without limitation, citric acid, potassium oleate, wintergreen oil and almond oil. Potassium citrate can also be included. As the transporter dissolves the released ingredients mix with organic acids and/or inorganic acids to provide an end-use composition for eco-friendly weed control, insect control, algae removal and/or mold removal.

Abstract: Systems for dissolving CO2 into a liquid can be used in various applications. One of the challenges with incorporating CO2 as a treatment strategy is the footprint needed for a basin large enough to use traditional diffuser type technology to dissolve the CO2 at a relative low efficiency. A conical shaped transfer device can be used easily be used on a piping or closed system. The system operates by pumping a side stream of water through a conical shaped gas transfer reactor, such as a Speece Cone, where gaseous CO2 is fed into the cone and broken up into an intense bubble swarm by the velocity of the inlet water. The cone shape design slows the water velocity down to where the buoyant rise velocity of the bubbles is higher than the water velocity which suspends the bubbles inside the cone, providing sufficient contact time for the CO2 to dissolve.
