Abstract: The present invention relates improved device is provided for holding down textile the material on the platen of the digital printer. The inventive device includes a textile gripping material formed to define a border band on the periphery of the platen. The border material has a structure that engages/grips the textile and hold the textile in place. In operation, the textile is laid onto the platen surface and the edges are pulled taut to align the textile and remove wrinkles and the textile is next pressed onto the border material to be engaged by the border material. The border material grips and holds the textile in position, to provide a smooth textile surface on which the ink jets are applied. After the printing operation, the textile is lifted off of the border material and removed from the platen.

  • Patent number: 8661974
Abstract: A moving-out and adjustment device for screens is revealed. The moving-out and adjustment device is applied to screen printing machines and having a frame, two sliding member and an adjustment mechanism. The frame consists of an upper frame and a lower frame. The two sliding members are disposed on two sides of the upper frame symmetrically and a screen is mounted between the two sliding members. Thus the screen is moved from a printing position of a screen printing machine horizontally by the sliding members. The bending and deformation of the screen can be avoided. The adjustment mechanism is arranged at the frame and having a first moving unit and a second moving unit. By operating the first moving unit and the second moving unit, the upper frame is moved in both the X direction and the Y direction in the X-Y plane in relation to the lower frame.

Abstract: A screen printing device includes a supporting base, a stencil, and an imaging alignment device. The supporting base includes a supporting surface and defines a blind hole in the supporting surface for receiving an optic, with a gap therebetween less than 0.1 mm. The stencil is positioned on the supporting base and defines an open pattern and forms at least three marks on a surface of the stencil facing away the supporting base. The imaging alignment device is positioned above the stencil and configured to capture a number of images of the stencil, analyze the images, and reposition the stencil according to analyzing results of the images so that images of the marks reach predetermined positions. The imaging alignment device, the stencil, and the supporting base are pre-aligned such that when the images of the marks reach the predetermined positions, the open pattern aligns with the blind hole.
