A preferred composition cosists essentially of 10-15 parts citrus terpene (D-limonene) and 85-90 parts vegetable oil, and an effective amount, up to 2 parts, of silicone oil, for dispersing the vegetable oil and terpene, the parts in the composition totaling 100.
